L’accueil est toujours chaleureux. Le prix n’est pas donné, mais justifié considérant la qualité et la variété des différents cours donnés. Je m’entraîne exclusivement avec les cours de groupe (qui sont très complets) et j’apprécie l’horaire de cours qui est incomparable à ce que j’ai vu ailleurs; du matin au soir, je trouve toujours de la place pour m’entraîner selon mon horaire variable. Les entraîneurs sont gentils, compétents et à l’écoute lorsqu’une modification est nécessaire. J’aime aussi que ce soit très inclusif, n’importe qui peut s’y entraîner et il n’y a pas de jugement. Je n’étais pas la plus grande sportive en commençant et on m’a guidé à travers les différents exercices. En plus à 2 pas de chez moi, je ne peux plus m’en passer!
The welcome is always warm. The price is not given, but justified considering the quality and variety of the different courses given. I train exclusively with group classes (which are very complete) and I appreciate the class schedule which is incomparable to what I have seen elsewhere; from morning to evening, I always find a place to train according to my variable schedule. The coaches are kind, competent and attentive when a modification is necessary. I also like that it's very inclusive, anyone can train in it and there's no judgment. I was not the greatest athlete when I started and I was guided through the different exercises. In addition to 2 steps from my home, I can not live without it!

Great place. Pros: - lots of coaches - lots of courses (CrossFit, etc.) - clean and well maintained - lots of spaces to jump rope - lots of squat racks and CrossFit equipment. - lots of cardio machine - infinite amoubt of barbells - squat rack can also be used for flat or inclined bench press Cons: - price - limited pulley machines

Great local gym. Not the biggest or best equipped but more than ample for most non Olympic athletes. The staff are truly friendly and trainers are great! Love that there's a towel service and all the members are really friendly. You can forget a cell phone on a machine and it'll be there the next day for sure. Highly recommended!
