★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applaud Idolem for being some of the cleanest and most cautious fitness studios Ive seen in Quebec. It really sucks to see some places not being careful no distancing or precautions, theyve downsized the class sizes and I actually feel really "safe" As safe as we can be THANKS IDOLEM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this yoga centre! Been doing hot yoga for many years now in many different places in Montreal and Brossard and i have to admit that this is my absolute favourite place!!! The teachers are amazing and the atmosphere is simply ideal and relaxing! As if this was not enough, the staff is always so nice and helpful! Thank you so much for making my yoga experience even more better every time i go :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second week attending this studio and I like it so far. The temperature is around 37-38 degrees and that's perfect. Overall I am satisfied with the classes, they are beginner friendly and challenging at the same time. The classes offer the perfect mix between a good workout and relaxation. The premises are gorgeous and clean. They even sell shakes and drinks. I am giving only 4/5 because all the classes are mostly in French and the prices are steep; 23$ for a class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried hot yoga for the first time here, and I’m officially addicted. They offer you lemon water and tea before and/or after your session which keeps you so relaxed and calm. My favourite part is when they add the cold towel to your forehead at the end of class. Bring your own yoga mat, or you can rent one for I believe $3.
