You can find the type of class that suits you and teachers are very attentive to their students. Once you get inside, you get this soothing atmosphere, putting aside your fast paced urban lifestyle. Truly a hidden treasure in the city! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great studio with a great vibe. Love the location (next to Cremazie metro). High ceiling studio with big windows, you can catch sunsets at the evening classes which is awesome! Erina is one of the best instructors I know with a challenging class and a warm smile :) Namaste ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the Hatha, Yin and meditation classes because they are all beginner friendly and the instructors are professional and very friendly. The studio is always clean and I feel at home here. The first class is free which is great because I can invite my friends to take a class with me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve tried so many yoga studios and the Shak is definitely favorite. It’s so cozy, you truly feel such good vibrations and it kind of has a small family vibe, which I completely adore. It’s definitely a safe space & you don’t feel the need to look over to the next mat to compare yourself to your neighbor. Truly a great experience here. And the fundamental classes with Karelle are reallly fun & a GREAT base to starting your own personal practice.

Super friendly atmosphere all times as well as cosy relaxing studio ambience. Once you have an account, it takes only a few seconds to book your class and I love it because I am always rushing during the day. About the classes. I’ve been practicing yoga for sometime and I think it has something to offer for any level. Cheers ! ?
