Very good service. There is always a delay when ordering furniture which can take 3-5 months.... please be aware of this.

If I knew I would get such bad customer service, I would never have spent over 50 000$ at this store in furniture. My sales person was Claude Lalonde, he never called me to give me any follow up on when will I be getting my deliveries. The service with him was terrible he ordered 2 piece of furniture for me made me pay to after call me and tell me they were not available. The furniture is now 6 months late than what was agreed and the only furniture that arrived came damaged!! I called to have them replaced, it's been more than a month I am waiting for a call back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Not a Good quality Products Not a useful Customer service Expensive and low quality I wish I have bought my stuff from IKEA at least I have somewhere to go and someone to listen and help. After 3 years their product will show their quality; I have got the extra insurance for my stuff and in last 3 weeks I am trying to claim my issue; they end up basically saying we know you have a protection plan but first of all we are not going to give it to you (so it means I have to find my bills and all that) and second it is not our responsibility which means you are on your own. Not recommended do not fall in the fancy trap

It's a shame I hadn't read the reviews prior to purchasing from this store; I agree with many others that the customer service is lacking...The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because overall the furniture is quite nice. I first visited this store in February 2021. I was told there was a sale ending that day, which I found quite interesting. There was some pressure to make a purchase that day. I see the same sale is still on in May 2021 so perhaps I should not have rushed! At that visit in February I purchased a dining table, 4 dining chairs, and a sofa. We were expecting a few months delay, which was understandable. The table was a special order therefore not returnable, but the chairs were basic and to our understanding, we could return them. At the advice of one of the salespeople, she recommended the chairs in another color that she thought would be better suited for our style. Unfortunately there were none in person but we saw a photo and trusted her judgment; plus they were returnable. April 2021, I return to the store to browse some other items, and since I'm there, I ask if there is any update on the items I ordered. I'm told yes, the dining table and chairs are ready for delivery the following week! We pay the remaining balance for the table and chairs. Next week, only the chairs show up. Delivery people have no clue. After several attempts of contacting the store, they denied the table being ready... a nuisance since we paid in full, but it should arrive a few weeks later, so I can wait. Finally we get a call that the table should arrive, to be expected between 8am and 6pm... Luckily my partner is working from home and able to answer the door. When the delivery arrives, they come with the table and the couch! While of course we're excited to get the couch, they hadn't warned us about this. My poor partner was in the middle of a meeting, needing to frantically clear space for them to put the couch. Finally we have all our items. But, the chairs really don't go with the rest of the furniture... When we spoke to the store today, we're told it is $100 for restocking fees if we want to return them, and to get the new chairs in a different color is a wait until August 2021! At this point I'm exhausted from dealing with this... Even though the furniture is nice, I think that as I shop for the remaining items I need, I will look elsewhere to save the headache.

Purchased a couch and dinner table late October. Was promised delivery for late November. We called end of November and we're told they had no clue when the couch was coming in and that the table was only coming in February. The thing that's annoying is that if we didn't call we would have not had updates. Also the salesman said that they would be able to send us a temporary table last week and here we are on Christmas with no updates and eating Christmas diner on foldable tables with family. Seems like they were only helpful when they had to make the sale and then once they had a signature all effort went out the window. Will never go back to this Maison corbeil/Must.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They simply don't care about costumers. I ordered a bed in August 2021 and the told me I would have it mid December 2021 and it wasn't refundable. When the time arrived, they told me my bed was late. Around January I went back there to ask about the bed because nobody called to tell me when the bed was coming, they simply told me mid may 2022. I waited. They called me saying that they received my bed mid April 2022. I paid for the installation and when they installed my bed, they left without telling that some screws were missing. I had to call Maison Corbeil only for them to tell me we are going to send the missing parts during the week if available or they have to order it and they don't know when I will get them.

Horrible quality and after sales service. Maison Corbeil quality products and after sale service have gone down down down way down compared to what it used to be. Bought a bedroom set back in june, it took 5 delivery attempts and still havent gotten a complete set in a decent condition, we’re in november! At each delivery set found some damages and its not scratches or small imperfections its pucks scuffs and broken pieces. The delivery personel confirmed Maison Corbeil is having major quality issues in the storage warehouse, these issues are amplifying with local suppliers such as Mobican that tend not to package well before shipping. I saw the packaging horrific quality for myself during one of the deliveries. After Sales service is also gotten very poor. Last commitment i had from them was to replace the pieces after 3 weeks of addional waiting they back pedaled the last minute. The worst on top of all that is the attitude the customer service rep, taking to me as if i was bothering her… double failure Maison Corbeil Customer Service. Horrific experience to learn from for my future purchases. Recommend you stay away from this store until they get over some internal churn between high demand and poor supplier quality control. The sales team are doing a much better job

Not sure I understand all the negative reviews, because I had a great experience here. After extensive research, I decided to pursue the Bert table from Must, and the store had a floor model for me to see. When I decided to purchase, Donald the salesperson was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Since my item was in stock, I was able to pick it up the next day from the store, and the man who helped me put it in my car was friendly and helpful. As for the table itself, I'm obsessed. It's made entirely of solid wood, not too light or too dark, and will easily accommodate 4 people or 6 in a pinch. Moreover, the different tones and graining make it practically a work of art. It's also EXTREMELY well-built and looks like something that will last for 20 years or more.
