Le site internet ne reflète pas la réalité du produit autant sur la couleur que sur la description. J'ai commandé 4 mètres de ratine qui devait mesurer 54 po. de large, quand la commande est arrivé le tissus était plein de défaut de fabrication en plus il ne mesurait que 48 po. de large. Les frais de transport était de $9.95, lors que j'ai retourné le matériel pour être remboursé on m'a crédité le tissus mais seulement que $2.00 pour le transport. Je demeure en campagne et j'ai dû faire près de 10 km pour aller retourner le tissus au bureau de poste, J'ai fait la demande pour être remboursé au complet pour les frais de transport et depuis je suis sans nouvelles de la part de Fabricville, même le remboursement initial n'est pas appliqué sur ma carte de crédit. Leurs erreurs mais mes pertes. Plus jamais chez Fabricville, à éviter bon pour vendre mais pas de services à la clientèle
The website does not reflect the reality of the product as much on the color as on the description. I ordered 4 yards of terry cloth which was supposed to measure 54 ”. wide, when order arrived the fabric was full of manufacturing defects plus it only measured 48 ”. wide. The shipping cost was $ 9.95, when I returned the material for reimbursement I was credited with the fabrics but only $ 2.00 for shipping. I live in the countryside and I had to travel nearly 10 km to return the fabrics to the post office, I requested to be reimbursed in full for the transport costs and since then I have had no news from Fabricville, even the initial refund is not applied to my credit card. Their mistakes but my losses. Never again at Fabricville, to avoid good for selling but no customer service

Ne commandez pas en ligne!!! Impossible de retourner un article en magasin. Il faut payer des frais de shipping souvent plus cher que l’article que vous avez acheté. J’ai appelé le service à la clientèle pour savoir si je pouvais retourner l’article en magasin car je n’étais pas au courant de cette politique. La personne a été vraiment impolie et m’a raccroché au nez. C’est dommage, je voulais encourager plus local et finalement j’aurais dû simplement commander sur Amazon.
Do not order online!!! Unable to return an item in store. You have to pay shipping costs that are often more expensive than the item you bought. I called customer service to see if I could return the item to the store as I was unaware of this policy. The person was really rude and hung up on me. It's a shame, I wanted to encourage more local and in the end I should have just ordered from Amazon.

My experience with store #14, located in 2050, st. Regis Dorval, Qc is horrible. Rating for this store is zero out of ten. I bought the fabric (notions) and employe by the name of Nusrat , measured it wrongly at the first time. I went back to the store and returned the piece and Nusrat measured it again and gave me the new piece for the second time. she charged me for the additional length. . I went home and started sewing the fabric, I couldn't attaché the corner because Nusrat measured it incorrect again for the second time. I went back to the store and I asked for the manger (Mary) , she came and asked me to detached the fabrics from my dress at the spot and gave it back then she will replace it with extra charge again. I couldn't do it because I didn't have any sewing tools. I have field a complain to the head office in quebec and waiting for their respond. I am a victim of incompetent employee and manager not only the manger (Mary) and employee (Nusrat) didn't apologize for their mistakes they were very rude and had very unpleasant manner toward me.

Online Order-Fabricville used Purolator to deliver my order, which was not delivered correctly. Mind you, Fabricville chose Purolator-not me. When Fabricville was notified of the issue, customer service representative Gilles did nothing useful except tell me to voice my concerns with Purolator. Fabricville obviously doesn't care if one receives an order or not. Buy elsewhere.

Their customer service is really slow to answer, they messed up my order 4 out of the 5 orders I have placed with them in a row. This time, they sent me an entire roll of poly-cotton in the wrong width that I didn't order. I had ordered the 100% cotton solid. I don't think they even sent me the right yardage based on how much is on the roll, and I'm afraid to unroll it cause they may not take my request seriously. On top of that, the roll came in dirty, with cuts in the selvedge prior to shipping, in a near impossible package to open without running the risk of damaging the fabric. I emailed them a week ago and they haven't even answered me for my online order. To all Canadians thinking of buying here online, there are loads of smaller businesses and etsy sellers that do a way better job. I'd suggest shopping elsewhere.
