★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Catastrophical experience!!!
I actually read previous reviews, and though "oh... not me, it won't happen to me!"
Have been waiting on my futon for the past 10 days, had them on the phone over 10 times to follow up with them (they do not call their clients), made myself available for delivery for them, asked questions about payment....
Every time I called, I discovered that the previously set appointment is pushed back to another day, for different reasons (a new one every time)
Ended up with a very very unprofessional person on the phone, who, ONE DAY before the delivery "invents" new payment terms... I now need to pay upfront a part of the product before getting it (I had offered to pay in full, THE DAY I placed the order, and was turned down, as no payment solution was offered, except for cash upon delivery, or payment at the store - and they are on the other side of the city for me...)
Talked to Sam, the owner, and he just said, that he needed to make sure I was serious about buying his product!!!!!!!!!!!!
They have made me loose my time, and my patience...
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
they might be cheaper, but their unprofessional behavior, and borderline methods are not worth it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! Very unprofessional! Took my deposit and then didn’t deliver my furniture. First time I called him, he gave me the runaround, said he still didn’t get the merchandise. I waited the whole day for the delivery. Now once he knew my number, he never answered my calls anymore. When I went to the store he refused to give me back my deposit saying that he will receive it soon. Weeks had gone by, again he never answered my calls unless I used a different phone number, and then again, once he knew that was my number he never answered again. Again I had to go to the store and I refused to leave until I got my deposit back. I did! I’ll give him that credit. But would never go there again. Beware with this guy, not honest, not professional, and really rude once he gets your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful, the owner has many names, for customers, take the deposit first, as for delivery, it depends on his mood. Be especially careful, there are many false positive reviews of him on Google reviews, beware beware beware beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how any of these negative reviews could have gone so horribly wrong and the only way that I can come to justify it is that they were bad customers to begin with.
The entire process from beginning to end was smooth. I saw the sofa I wanted in store, the salesperson told me he could deliver at my availability, including weekends. I paid upfront, a little bit extra for delivery but nothing outrageous, with the promise of delivery the following Saturday.
I called the day of to check, he confirmed with the driver and called me back to assure me it would be delivered. The delivery driver also called about 40 mins in advance to let me know he was on his way.
It was boxed in two large pieces so it was easy to get into my tiny apartment and even easier to assemble.
The only downside is that they don't accept credit cards - cash or debit only.
Otherwise, beautiful piece of furniture, super competitive pricing for its make, supporting a local business, and punctual delivery. I don't know what more you could ask for.
Will definitely be back for more furniture in the future.
