★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with my washing machine leaking, so I called Flash Repair as they were the closest appliance repair service to downtown Montreal. They were the only appliance repair service I called that was responsive, and also weirdly the only one that had no issue with my washing machine being a stackable unit with the dryer on top.
The technician who came to diagnose the issue was incredible -- he basically figured out the issue when I told him the problems I was having on the phone before he arrived. He gave great advice, took the extra time to run a spin cycle and let me know his thoughts on whether the machine was worth replacing.
The follow up technician who installed the broken part was also fantastic, and did a wonderful job throughout the installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to thank and highly recommend your repairman Matthew, who just came to replace our dishwasher pump, but did the patient detective work to discover a huge amount of dog hair inside the pump, based on listening to the flittering sound when draining! Perhaps our dog needs to be shaved and kept from licking our dirty dishes, but the problem seems to have been fixed without a new pump, and we now know how to prevent it!
We did have a slight miscommunication at first, because I interpreted Matthew’s blunt and somewhat intense approach as “mansplaining”, but I soon discovered how refreshingly honest, open and thorough he is, because he is driven to solve the mystery and fix the problem long-term. I told him he is the Dr. House or Sherlock Holmes of dishwashers! I would highly recommend Matthew and the team at Flash repair. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with the service from Flash. Technician Mike arrived as scheduled, 20 minutes after confirmation phone call. He was quick, clean, polite and accomplished the repair with only the $99 plus tax service charge. Will recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if anyone thinks that a repairperson should diagnose your problem in the doorway of your home but that is exactly what he did. Showed him the upstairs unit and he reaffirmed his diagnosis...in less than 5 minutes. Asked him to actually test the unit before charging me for the $110 and he reluctantly did.
Not saying he wasn't correct in recommending a totally new washer...just saying that this type of service, given the experience of "FLASH" is more than sickening. 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can replace minor parts that you can do yourself but beyond that, don't expect to them to repair a freon leak or major parts and that's what they told me AFTER their investigation when I told them that my fridge wasn't cooling after the repairman's visit. Basically, my fridge of more than 10 years wasn't cooling anymore so a repairman from Flash Repair came over. He noticed that a fan was disconnected after reconnecting he said that was the problem and said that Cold air was coming out which 5 minutes later I checked myself and the air was warm not cold. After paying 110$ for a 15 min visit. They refused to come over and re-investigate the problem. I don't recommend them and will definitely won't do business again with them. The reason they gave for not being able to fix it is pathetic and adding to their arrogance. They are referring to is a conversion I made trough the insulation for my specific needs and was working just fine for over a 1 year. I did not ask the HONOUR a warranty, I asked them to repair it. The fact that they didn't want to come back and investigate the real problem; was it the compressor, freon or a replaceable part ? I just won't know would I. I bought myself a new unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service for a dishwasher installation. Very responsive when setting up an appointment. The technician called to confirm his arrival time as promised and shoed up exactly on time. Installation was done quickly and the technician communicated throughout regarding pricing for need parts. I cannot recommend Reparation Flash enough and will use them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the initial phone call to place the service request to the final repair, I was really impressed with this company's professionalism and service. I spoke with both Madison and Lorne at the office, who helped me with appointments and provided me with the quote for the repair. Merrick was the technician who came to do the initial assessment and repair, he was excellent. He wore protectors over his boots to not dirty my floors, which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable about fridge repair and was good at explaining what work needed to be done, as well as just giving me extra info about my fridge (which came with the condo when I bought it). My fridge is nearly 15 years and the fridge part stopped cooling (the freezer still worked). I took a chance on getting it fixed and it cost me so much less than replacement! It's been a few weeks now and my fridge is working great! I am so happy - thank you Merrick and Flash Repair! I will definitely call you first if any of my appliances stop working and I will not hesitate to recommend your business if anyone I know experiences problems with their appliances.
