★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do yourself a favour and never buy from this place!! I choose to buy second hand fridge because i had a small budget but got treated like a second hand person with zero respect.
First the delivery guys showed up ( both without masks during covid) with the fridge at my house not even wrapped in plastic or anything to protect the stainless. They did 2 or 3 bigs dents on the door and scratched my woods floor while taking away the other fridge completely careless.
Second i open the door to see how are things inside and a cockroach came running out as soon as i opened the door...
Thirdly i look at the drawers one is completely broken inside. I can t believe they delivered a fridge with broken drawers like i wasn't going to noticed!!
I contacted the store for more than 1 month everyday leaving messages and i still have zero customers services nothing has been done yet.
I m still waiting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a combo unit washer a dryer one week ago today, The washer leaks. I called immidiately That Same day to advise them and also emailed, waited until Monday no response. I then called and the gentleman was rude! I asked to have someone look at it and he kept on saying he would call me back to tell me when the repair man would show up at my renters still waiting left messages emailed nothing, today I call a repair man to come and do the work. I do not recommend this store to anyone!!! After working in customer service for over 40 years this is not a way to keep customers!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE!!!!!

My old fridge broken I called and they delivered an amazing fridge the next day and took my old fridge out for me so nice of them ! GREAT ! Price ! LOVE LOVE THÉ EXPÉRIENCE I WANTED TO WAIT A LITTLE TO MAKE SURE THE NEW FRIDGE IS WORKING WELL BEFORE MAKING A REVEIW AND IM AMAZED HOW WELL IT WORKED SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS!!!! 100% so I thank you verry much for my new fridge ! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased washer/dryer, fridge and stove about two weeks ago ! Sale lady Julie knows her stuff and is super dedicated! She sent me text msg pictures of appliances I could not see online or of the ones I wanted if they weren’t available ! They answer every question and every phone call professionally and in a timely matter. I had a small problem with the connection on a front right burner. They understood the urgency of the situation as I have a toddler to cook for. They addressed my panicked concerns immediately and sent a tech to Châteauguay to fix the issue the same day I called & emailed ! I 100% recommend this company ! They work hard and are dedicated to their customers !

The delivery staff were amazing and went out of their way to position the fridge exactly where I wanted it. The fridge is excellent quality and the price was very affordable. I strongly recommend Electros and will be buying my next appliances from them.

I love my Washer and dryer. The delivery was on time. And I really appreciate that the sales lady knew her products well. Glad I bought from them ! They care about their customers and the repair staff is competent and honest. Also, they did everything on the phone and sent me pictures and I was able to get everything without leaving my home.
