★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outside of having the most unique and magnificent selection of costume jewelry and accessories, Unorthodox Boutique, has incredible customer service. I learned about them on Instagram and even though I’m in NY and they are in MTL they’ve been so incredibly accommodating; FaceTiming me so I can get a better look at the selection, infinite patience with all of my questions, and quick shipping. Above all they are so lovely to deal with and stand behind everything they sell- rare these days! Highly recommend!

It was my first order from them and the customer service was beyond my expectations. Communication with one of the co-owner was quick and efficient and the shipment was really fast ! I also appreciate their refund policy, I often notice that small online boutiques not necessarily provide the full refund, it’s either the store credit or exchange only, this one does, up to 7 days. I definitely will be the returning customer !
