I call twice and I was force to speak english if I wanted to be responded, finally I did'nt be able to find any help, I was transfer to an empty voicemail.

Especially Sandy, one of their collection agents. She has continually harassed me, and treated me as if I’m nothing. I’m absolutely disgusted with this agency.
