★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Straight up crooks. We spent 650$ on two frontal whirlpools. The washing machine always leaks and its been replaced three times, every time with a more battered looking machine, not of the same brand, filled with black lumps of mold, that leak again and again. My floors are now damaged and they refuse to take responsibility every single time. Every time they come to replace the machine, it can take them weeks and they always call last minute to let you know they are 2 minutes away. Delivery men won’t wear masks either. The machines are good for the garbage. Do not waste your money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. They assured us our couch would be delivered on time as we were going to move the next day. They did not come the entire day so we called many times but they ignored my number so I had to call using another number and they said it will come. Sure enough it never came, and when we called back they said they made a mistake and the couch we bought isn't in stock and offered that we pay MORE for a bigger couch of the same color. We went to go get a refund but they refused to stay open for us until 9which they advertise online ( we would have made it by 8:35...). Will be going for a refund tomorrow, bright and early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it was possible to I would give this 0 stars. Bought a washing machine from them, delivery was late by a day. The delivery men were supposed to take the old washing machine back, they looked really confused when I asked them to actually do what was paid for when the machine was bought. They said they would call their boss and be back in 5 min, but they just ended up leaving. So new washing machine was left in the living room... It's still there, been a week and no news from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever. Bought 4 appliances there, they were all broken to some degree. Washing machine was leaking really badly, drying machine did not function properly, Fridge broke 3 months after I got it and it took them weeks to come and repair it. They ignored my calls many times until I used a different number. They say they would do something when they actually don't. Their low prices is not worth the trouble of buying there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this place 2 days ago. The place is packed and dirty, the sales person was a complete jerk to the workers moving appliances. No manners, no presence. He was either on his phone or bullying the workers + terribly overpriced, and bad service. After reading the reviews here, I am not surprised at all. Save yourself the pain and just go 2 blocks up Papineau.

Awful appliance store to go to. I bought 4 appliances for not a very cheap price considering the quality of those machines upon delivery. All of them are dirty. The salesman assured us that they're gonna clean them up before the delivery but THEY DIDN'T.
The dryer broke the 2nd time it was used, according to the nice handyman, it turns out that the store did not put a filter inside and it took a long time for them to come back to me to schedule with their technician after several phone calls for a follow up. I just bought a dryer filter myself.
Now, on my 6th week of using the refrigerator, it is making some weird sound, broke and not cooling at all. All of my foods inside got spoilt!!!! I had called them 3 days ago and now, I am following them up again and my call is not going through anymore. Even if they did fix this, I am now skeptic about putting more food inside it because of the spoilage that I just experienced.
Save yourself and think twice before buying from this store.
