★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Awful secretary that should mind her business. The nurse diagnosed and prescribed pills and 24 H called to say that they wrongly diagnosed and that the medication should be stopped. Need to consult a real doctor...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice. Very fast and rushed, which means they tend to see you within 10 minutes of your appointment. But it also means the quality of the attention is quite poor. They schedule 15 minute blocks, so if you need more time than that...Sorry, come back next week (they only take walks in on Thursdays).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, obnoxious and judgemental people. There is nothing more to say. Imagine you are going to get tested for STDs and you are being judged for not using condoms, how messed up is that? Just to get a complete STD check, you'll be ripped off for over $400, get rude and incompetent service. Why incompetent? Imagine you go to so called doctor that knows less than you, how would you feel? They don't even know what HIV DNA/RNA test is, not only, they can't even tell you wether the test they do is antibody or DNA test, they can't even verify it, on top of that, it's not just incompetence but also a poor education, they say that they can detect HIV after about 2 weeks of possible infection with an antibody test, which of course they don't even know what type of testing they do, I expected for such a short window period they must do a DNA test but after doing it I saw results were an antibody test, and unless they do their tests in some other planet, on this planet 2 weeks is too early to detect HIV antibodies. Just save yourself aggravation and go to some other private clinic which probably is not going to be any worse than this one, although I don't know because I am looking for one now. I'm just so disappointed because I thought medical care was so much better in Canada than in the US but I'm sorry to tell you, it's just as poorly educated medical staff here as it is in the US. I haven't gone to a medical school, but common today you could at least educate yourself for at least personal needs on so called google!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. This guys have no clue what they are doing in terms of taking an appointment. First they notify that you need a family doctor prescription only when your online appointment is confirmed. Then, they do not clearly instruct on whose name should be the reference and then they asked me to go again to my family doctor to correct not clear what. Very, very unprofessional. So I canceled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at 9:40 for an appointment at 10:00. I gave my presence and was given a form. I was waiting for my name to be called only to be told at 10:20, when I got tired of waiting and went to the desk, that I arrived late and they won't be able to pass me. Simply for not giving back my form before they called me. The receptionist had the nerve to watch me sit in front of her and wait as my time runs out for my appointment. Afterwards she refused to give me the next time slot.
Terrible service, I will never return.
