Aucune attente, prise en charge sans problème, et résultant en moins de 24h.
Je recommande pour un test PCR.

No waiting, problem-free support, and resulting in less than 24 hours.
I recommend for a PCR test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis désolé pour la mauvaise note, mais attendre 25min qu'une personne décroche un téléphone, 15min pour donner toutes mes informations, pour finalement se faire dire d'aller faire son test PCR à Québec alors que je vis à Montréal. C'est insultant. Il serait temps de revoir votre service à la clientèle. Très déçu du service pour des prix bien plus élevés qu'ailleurs!
I'm sorry for the bad grade, but wait 25min for a person to pick up a phone, 15min to give all my information, to finally be told to go for their PCR test in Quebec while I live in Montreal. It is insulting. It's time to revisit your customer service. Very disappointed with the service for much higher prices than elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos e pagamos o teste de PCR 24 horas para retornar ao Brasil, quando fomos buscar no Laboratório o mesmo não estava pronto e o atendente informou que as informações somente poderiam ser passadas por telefone, por telefone nos orientaram a tentar imprimir no aeroporto, porém quando acessaram o teste estava em Branco, tivemos que refazer o teste no laboratório do aeroporto com prazo de 1 hora, para os viajantes sugiro não usar este laboratório da Sherbroke e utilizar os serviços deles direto no aeroporto.
We bought and paid for the 24-hour PCR test to return to Brazil, when we went to get it at the Laboratory it was not ready and the attendant informed that the information could only be passed on by phone, by phone they guided us to try to print it at the airport, but when accessed the test was blank, we had to retake the test at the airport laboratory within 1 hour, for travelers I suggest not using this Sherbroke laboratory and using their services directly at the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils vous envoient une confirmation de rendez-vous et lorsque vous arrivez à l'heure de votre rendez-vous, on vous dit qu'il faut se déplacer à une autre clinique et suivre l'infirmière comme un petit chien pour un service qui devrait durer pas plus de 2 minutes.
On m'a dit de revenir plus tard ( 2 HEURES PLUS TARD). Écoutez, si je voulais venir 2h plus tard, j'aurais pris mon rendez-vous à cette heure là à la base.
Soyez intelligent et choisissez une autre clinique... vous trouverez vraiment meilleure c'est assuré :-)
They send you an appointment confirmation and when you arrive on time for your appointment you are told to move to another clinic and follow the nurse like a little dog for a service that should. last no more than 2 minutes.
I was told to come back later (2 HOURS LATER). Look, if I wanted to come 2 hours later, I would have made my appointment at that time at the base.
Be smart and choose another clinic ... you will find really better, that's for sure :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Résultat de test antigénique pas avant 24h. pas très pratique pour les vols ou on demande un test de moins de 24h. Aucune coordination ni good will avec les autres établissements Biron ( Dorval) . Le réceptionniste n'est certainement pas soucieux de satisfaire la clientèle! En bas du minimum pour le service seuls les prix sont haut de gamme.
Antigen test result not for 24 hours. not very practical for flights where a test of less than 24 hours is required. No coordination or goodwill with other Biron establishments (Dorval). The receptionist is certainly not concerned with customer satisfaction! Below the minimum for service only prices are high end.

Finalement, je suis allée chez Lilium diagnostic. La consultation a duré 5 minutes pour 50$ de moins.
Biron, plus jamais.
I left after an hour of waiting for my test because the nurse didn't show up. Unacceptable.
Finally, I went to Lilium diagnostic. The consultation lasted 5 minutes for $50 less.
Biron, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'y suis allé pour des prises de sang de routine. J'ai pu avoir un RDV sans problème par leur système en ligne dans les 24 heures. J'ai également été vu à l'heure exacte de mon RDV. L'agente administrative à l'entrée et l'infirmière qui m'a vu étaient toutes deux très sympathiques. J'y retournerai certainement dans l'avenir, au besoin, pour d'autres prises de sang.
I went there for routine blood tests. I was able to get an appointment without any problem through their online system within 24 hours. I was also seen at the exact time of my appointment. The administrative officer at the entrance and the nurse who saw me were both very friendly. I will definitely be going back in the future, if needed, for more blood tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got there just in time for my appointment and was greeted by the receptionist right away. She and the nurse were super nice to me. I only took 30 minutes from the moment I got in to the moment I got out, all exams done and everything paid.
