il y a un mois je commande un vendredi des injection ,le mardi on me téléphone pour me dire que c’est prêt.une fois sur place ,la personne a mis 20 minutes pour trouver le le médicament. Aujourd’hui 1 février:commande passée la veille, on me téléphone en début d'après midi pour le dire que c’est prêt. la dame qui me reçoit, les cherche ,puis me dit que ce n’est pas prêt et qu’on a du certainement me dire que les médicaments étaient arrivés et non préparés.je lui rétorque que je comprends très bien le français et que l’on m’à bien signifié de venir les récupérer.. De plus aucune pharmacie dans ce monde ,appelle les clients 2 fois:une fois pour dire que c’est arrivé et une autre pour informer que c’est prêt.il ne faut pas prendre les clients que pour des c....!!!

there a month I order a Friday injection on Tuesday they called me to tell me that this is prêt.une Once there, the person has 20 minutes to find the medication. Today February 1: order placed the day before, they called me in the early afternoon to say that it's ready. the lady who receives me, the looks, and then told me that it is not ready and we had to certainly tell me that the drugs had arrived and not préparés.je retorted that I understand French very well and that 'I have been well served to pick them .. and no pharmacy in this world, called clients 2 times: once to say that it happened and another to inform that it is not necessary prêt.il not take customers for c .... !!!

Ils sont à l'écoute pour répondre à nos questions et nous donnes des informations claires, nettes et précises. C'est encourageant de voir que le staff savent ce qu'ils font !
I do business with this pharmacy for my prescription. They live up to my expectations, prescriptions always ready when we arrive! They are on hand to answer our questions and give us clear, clear and precise information. It's encouraging to see that the staff know what they are doing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish to give zero stars for this pharmacy. I booked an appointment for flu shot for my baby(18months) through clic sante. When I walked in at the given time; they ended up saying they don't give vaccine for kids below 6years. This is the worst service they've got. I don't understand why in the website they accept appointments. My baby already got his 1st time flu shot at 6months at another pharmacy but the staff here says babies can get flu shot only at CLSC which is very very weird.
