Aside from the slow service, the low level of french comprehension of the staff (not all but some), the straw that broke the camel's back was the fact that they point blank told me to my face that they cannot perscribe Traveler's diahrrea antibiotics to my three year old. This is complete lie. Either by ignorance or incompetence, this is total mis information and should be investigated. Je suis présentement dans un Jean Coutu pour transférer tous les dossiers de cette pharmacie. Mis à part la lenteur du service et l'incompréhension d'un français de base, la goutte qui a fait déborder le vase est de ma faire dire qu'ils ne pouvaient pas prescrire l'antibiotique contre la diahrreé du voyageur à mon enfant de trois ans. Aside from the slowness of the service and the lack of understanding of a basic Frenchman, the last straw that made me overflow is to make me say that they could not prescribe the antibiotic against the traveller's diarrhea to my child of three years. This is not true. Whether it is out of incompetence or ignorance it is unacceptable.

Je dois y aller le jour de 9h à 17h pour en parler avec les proprio, alors que je travaille à temps plein, vraiment aucun service. c'est terminé je n'achète plus rien à cet endroit. Rotten customer service, I bought a thermometer and it does not work and the 2 employees in the evening did not want to make an exchange, no cooperation. I have to go the day from 9am to 5pm to talk to the owner, while I work full time, really no service. it's over, I'm not buying anything at this place anymore.
