Service exécrable. Deux fois on m'a dit qu'on me rappellerait pour me donner des nouvelles sur l'état de la situation et quand j'ai appelé, il y avait du nouveau mais on ne m'avait pas appelé. Quand je me suis pointé pour faire la réparation, ils m'ont dit d'attendre dans ma salle d'attente et qu'on viendrait me chercher une fois que c'était fini. Après deux heures je commence à m'impatienter, on me dit "ahhh oui c'est prêt depuis longtemps"... J'avais un pneu encore en bon état. En reprenant possession de mon véhicule, je demande où est le pneu qui est encore bon..? Ils l'avaient jeté aux poubelles! Ils ont finalement fouillé pour me le redonner. Service exécrable de A à Z.
 The worst experience I have had.
Terrible service. Twice I was told that I would be called back to update me on the state of the situation and when I called there was something new but I had not been called. When I showed up to do the repair they told me to wait in my waiting room and be picked up when it was over. After two hours I start to get impatient, I am told "ahhh yes it's been ready for a long time" ... I had a tire that was still in good condition. When taking possession of my vehicle, I ask where is the tire which is still good ..? They had thrown it in the trash! They finally searched to give it back to me. Terrible service from A to Z.

La personne me dit que c'est 39.99$ tout compris. Je prends le temps de bien spécifier. SEULEMENT UNE CHANGEMENT D'HUILE RIEN D'AUTRE PAS D'INSPECTION OU AUTRE. Une fois rendu pour payer 20$ d'extra pour des frais tel remplir le lave vitre que je venais de remplir plus du temps de main d'oeuvre pour inspection et d'autre frais.

The person tells me it's $ 39.99 all inclusive. I take the time to specify well. ONLY A CHANGE OF OIL NOTHING OTHER THAN AN INSPECTION OR THE LIKE. Once returned to pay $ 20 extra for fees such as filling the window washer I had just filled more labor time for inspection and other fees.
