Do no go here! The service is terrible, the people are arrogant, and careless, they shouldn't be in business. I called a day in advance to make an appointment for the next day. The person answering the phone said anytime after 2:30 was was available as they had no appointments, so I asked for an appointment at 3:30 PM to switch my seasonal tires. However the person answering the phones insisted that there was absolutely no need to schedule an appointment and wouldn't schedule one for me even though I insisted. Upon arrival at the shop at 3:40 PM the next day I was told by the same person who answered my call that there was no room left for me that day and that he couldn't find any record of my appointment, so I was out of luck, even for a 10 minute swap of tires which were already mounted to the wheels. They then told me I could leave my car with them over night or take my chances the next day. Not wanting to deal with their incompetence again and knowing it was too late to get an appointment elsewhere, I left my car with them, leaving me stranded there. Before walking home, I asked if they would please rinse the salt and mud off of the tires I currently had mounted when they swapped them with the winter tires. They told me no, that it would "take too much time" even though they were charging $40 for ten minutes of labor. I shrugged that off and expected that they would put the dirty tires in plastic bags for me to take home and clean myself to store them for the season. When I arrived the next day, not only did I find my car unlocked, in the outside parking lot, but I found my dirty tires in the clean canvas storage bags i brought the winter tires in and with the slush and mud melting off on to my upholstery in the back of my car. Consequently, because they are too lazy to take two minutes to rinse off the tires they were paid handsomely to swap, and too stupid to realize that they shouldn't put dirty tires into clean bags. I have to launder my storage bags that are now filled with salt, grit and mud. Unfortunately, the bags aren't meant to be laundered so they will probably be destroyed when I do so and at $20 each that is $80 I really didn't need to spend. Additionally I will need the upholstery in the back of my car cleaned as well, which will cost over $100 to have done. This shop cost me a lot of time and money because of laziness and stupidity over something so simple. As well as leaving my car unprotected from thieves while in their possession. I wouldn't dare trust them with anything again, certainly not anything more demanding.

Man ... these people were great. I was traveling from NYC to Montreal and my car starting giving out about two hours from Montreal. We got to the hotel and called the first place I found on Google with decent reviews. I'm so grateful for Ronald and the guys there. They took us in on a Friday afternoon and stood late and put two guys on my car to get it fixed before they shut down for the weekend. They diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly and they didn't take advantage of me. They worked with me when I told them I had to keep the expenses under a certain cost and over all the service was truly that, just amazing service. I felt confident they were knowledgeable and capable of fixing the problem. I would drive back to this shop if I lived in Montreal ... without a doubt.

I went to Rachel's auto after I had a minor accident in Montreal. Their service was really professional - and they gave me a great deal and great service. The tire rod they sold me has a lifetime warranty and the costs (which included labor, alignment, and even fixing one of my lights) came out to 1/3 of what one of the other shops tried to charge me. I drove my car off their lot 2 hours latter. They were really honest with me and did not try to sell items which I didnt need. This - even though - I am not from the area.. The owner is really a very nice guy - and a world traveller. I would highly highly recommend them. Honest, dependable and reasonably priced I would highly recomend

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY there are better shops out there. I have been going to this garage for a while now, before it used to be fine. But from today I decided to NEVER go back there again. I took my car for repair they had agreed to call me before doing any work on it but they decided to do the work without asking me if it was OK. When I went to pick the car someone was also complaining about the fix they did few days ago, I told myself well that can't be me. To my surprise, they did what I didn't tell them to do, instead of doing what needed to be done they did what wasn't necessary for me and what I had asked them to do they never did. I was too naive to pay without checking my car first. After I told the guy that I had other expectations he was very rude and was just concerned about more money. In short I usually don't write reviews but after today I felt like it was unacceptable. It's important for business to listen to customer's needs and concerns and not just look on the Dollars. Like I said it used to be better before but now it's just about MONEY MONEY MONEY.

NEVER GOING BACK I was a customer for approximately 10 years. Things have changed in the last year, possibly as they lost the OK Pneu franchise permit Gave me an appointment, but never ordered the tires. So I searched and found much better deal elsewhere, I was going to stick with them anyways as he had now ordered the tires and I had given a deposit.On the day of the appointment, when I pointed this out to 'Michel' the guy at the counter, he got very rude and cancelled my tire change and gave me my deposit back.

Best service. Only guy who would align a BMW. Seems to be hard nowadays to do such cars. Michel is the man!

I went here when my car broke down in the middle of the road. They have been super accomodating and very kind. I don’t know much about cars, but I felt very well taken care of, and they explained everything with patience. The service is of the highest quality and the people working there are kind and patient. I would give 10 stars if it were possible! Thank you Rachel auto!
