Elle n’a pas essayé de me vendre des lunettes mais m’a plutôt bien expliqué mes enjeux de yeux et m’a encouragé à faire des exercices que je faisais déjà plus régulièrement. J’aurai peut-être besoin de lunettes un jour mais avec ses explications et une discipline perso, je pourrai peut-être bien retarder ce jour. Juste parce quon n’a pas insisté pour me vendre des lunettes, j’ai maintenant pleinement confiance en cette clinique. Great service! The optometrist (dr Gauthier Milot) was great. She didn't try to sell me glasses but rather explained my eye issues pretty well and encouraged me to do exercises that I already did more regularly. I might need glasses someday, but with her explanation and personal discipline, I might just be able to delay that day. Just because no one insisted on selling me glasses, I now have complete confidence in this clinic.

Elle insistait bizarrement sur le fait que je voyais double alors que c'était pas vrai et d'ailleurs ça a été confirmé par un ophtalmo et un orthoptiste que ce n'était pas le cas. Depuis j'ai appris qu'elle a pris sa retraite, tant mieux et bonne chance... Had business with them twice, including an eye exam with Solange. She oddly insisted on the fact that I was seeing double when it was not true and moreover it was confirmed by an ophthalmologist and an orthoptist that this was not the case. Since I learned that she retired, so much the better and good luck...

On se sent bien conseiller et non en vente de produit. 5 stars service! Very good service from Eric. He took the time to advise me and talk to me about my eye condition. We feel good about advising and not about selling products. 5 star service!

Heureux! J'ai trouvé mon opticien pour ma nouvelle paire. Broken branch, I go to see them, they tell me there is nothing they can do. I go to optoplus opposite, a weld and 5 minutes were enough to repair! Happy! I found my optician for my new pair.

They refused to see my son because they said this would ruin their whole schedule of the day. They told me that I can wait and if the next person is late they will see my son. In the result the person after us arrived 10 minutes late and they admitted him without any questions. This is not fair, this is discrimination.
