AprĂšs avoir achetĂ© de nombreux articles depuis les derniĂšres annĂ©es, nous avions jusqu'Ă aujourd'hui eu aucun problĂšme et Ă©tions trĂšs satisfaits de notre expĂ©rience. Aujourd'hui, nous avons voulu Ă©changer un article et le gars en charge du magasin nous a traitĂ©s de menteurs, et nous a offert un service vraiment dĂ©plorable. Il Ă©tait trĂšs hostile et mĂȘme aggressif. On nous a informĂ©s qu'il Ă©tait "en charge" du magasin. Malheureusement, nous ne retournerons plus Ă cet endroit vu l'attitude dĂ©sagrĂ©able et aggressante de cet employĂ©. Son nom est Jean-Philippe.
 Unfortunately my boyfriend and I had a very bad experience at this store. After purchasing many items in the past few years, we have had no problems to date and were very pleased with our experience. Today, we wanted to exchange an item and the guy in charge of the store called us liars, and offered us a really deplorable service. He was very hostile and even aggressive. We were informed that he was "in charge" of the store. Unfortunately, we will never return to this place due to the unpleasant and aggressive attitude of this employee. His name is Jean-Philippe.

â â â â â Quel commerce d'arnaqueurs!!! J'ai achetĂ© un vĂ©lo car je venais de me faire voler le mien et Ă©tait pressĂ© (mauvaise combinaison!). D'accord, j'aurais dĂ» mieux vĂ©rifier le vĂ©lo... Bref, AVANT de sortir, ma facture en mains, je m'aperçois que la selle n'est pas attachĂ©e au vĂ©lo... On refuse de m'accorder un rabais en consĂ©quence arguant qu'on ne peut refaire la facture... Bon, je me dis qu'un banc, ça se remplace facilement... Pour me rendre compte que la barre qui reçoit la tige de la selle a Ă©tĂ© forcĂ©e... 50$ de frais supplĂ©mentaires plus tard, je m'aperçois que la roue arriĂšre a Ă©tĂ© tordue Ă un endroit... Et ils Ă©taient trĂšs au courant de l'Ă©tat du vĂ©lo, ils m'ont bien eu...
What a business of scammers !!! I bought a bike because I had just had mine stolen and was in a hurry (bad combination!). Okay, I should have checked the bike better ... Anyway, BEFORE leaving, my bill in hand, I realize that the saddle is not attached to the bike ... They refuse to grant me a discount accordingly arguing that we can not redo the invoice ... Well, I tell myself that a bench, it is easily replaced ... To realize that the bar that receives the seat post was forced. .. 50 $ extra charge later, I realize that the rear wheel was bent in one place ... And they were very aware of the condition of the bike, they got me ...

Excellent service from the clerk with the glasses and the big beard. He tested the item, its loader, its ability to read the games before letting me go with it. Impeccable service compared to some cash.

Worst service ever. Went to the Banco opposite it will be better. It's going to sell fake PS4 controller marked Sony without telling you and obviously does not reimburse even with the box. Theft downright

Rotten!!! Go to the bazaar and you will have better... or at Best Buy and it's new...they there at:comptant.com, they sell very used items and I have seen that some items are at new prices elsewhere. ..Heil !!
