En effet, j'étais allée faire vérifier mes biens à une autre boutique de prêteur sur gages [je ne vais pas nommé] qui venait de me dire qu'aucun de mes bijoux étaient en or véritables! J'ai hésité mais je suis finalement allée pour une seconde vérification, cette fois chez Banco. UNE CHANCE!!! Car c'était de l'or véritable! 425$....presque jeté. Faite comme moi, allez toujours chercher un deuxième avis. ??????
THANKS to the welcoming and professional employees I met today at the Banco store WHO SAVED ME THROUGH THE TRASH FOR $ 425 IN SALE FOR MY GOLD JEWELERY! Indeed, I had gone to have my goods checked at another pawn shop [I will not name] who had just told me that none of my jewelry was real gold! I hesitated but finally went for a second check, this time at Banco. A CHANCE!!! Because it was real gold! $ 425 .... almost thrown away. Do like me, always get a second opinion. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is full of liars. I went in to sell my Nintendo 3ds xl galaxy edition plus two games. My 3ds was in perfect condition. The guy told me everything was worth a mere $60. I checked online afterward because I knew something was amiss, it turns out I could've easily sold my 3ds and games for $180. The guy gave me the money like it was a fair deal, and he looked like he knew he was screwing me over. Be sure of what your item could sell for and beware of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with a pawned item (with covid and lockdown, it was complicated for me to go and I have a pretty busy schedule). It was there for a whiiile honestly, and I called to let them know I was passing by on a certain date and manager said he's put a not in my file so I would not lose my item.
Note got forgotten, my item got sold. BUT, with such an amazing manager, he understoor the situation and saw that I did came on the said date and that I was not lying about the note, so he arranged something for me so I could get back an item similar to what I had with all the items that we're with it, and some extras for the inconvinience. Price was just right and I trully appreciated the service he gave me - it was both out fault but we worked it out and I am trully grateful to have my item back !!
Just be nice with the staff and manager if you have a problem, and they will make sure you are happy!!
