★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really sorry for putting a 2 star review, because the place was clean and customer service was okay, but I have to agree with the other commenter.. the food was veryyyy bland. Especially the tahini sauce.. it tasted very bitter and the rice in the vine leaves were undercooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Basha places are in food courts but this one has its own place. It's a little bit better than most others in terms of food quality and service as well. This is my personal second favorite Basha, #1 would be in the Place Dupuis food court downtown by the Berri metro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was friendly. But the chicken in shawarma was not cooked perfectly. It was very bland. The pita which we get with the shawarma plate was not even wrapped in a bag or paper. It was just thrown on top of the box all by itself. It was kind of disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there after seeing 4 star in Google maps. The restaurant disappointed me with the food!! I ordered a small Falafel and I had to trash them. Those falafel were not fresh and I guess they did not change the oil for long time!! I might be wrong but the taste was not good with an absence of freshness!!
I put 2 star because of their customer service and restaurant environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ shishtaouk sandwich was a salad sandwich topped with chicken as garnish, worst basha experience by far i’ve ever had 8$ sandwich with 0.50$ worth of chicken if not less..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if it was a bad night or what, but the Shawarma had no flavour, the garlic wasn't flavorful, the Falafel was dry with barely any tahini sauce, and the gravy on the poutine wasn't good.
I understand poutine isn't their specialty, but Shawarma/Falafel/Garlic sauce should be, and they weren't good.
The staff were extremely nice, the vegetable table was very nice and clean, but the food flavour needs improvement.
I'm sorry but I can't recommend this restaurant.
