Beware of having work done at this garage. Went in to have a rear bearing hub replaced and left without being told that my parking brake assembly had been removed and discarded. Berthold wrote "sabot usée" or "brake pads worn" on the bill but never mentioned that ALL the parts had been removed and discarded including those that are not replaced during a typical brake job. Upon discovery weeks later, the order for the missing parts was delayed from Lexus since these were parts not normally replaced and therefore not stocked by Lexus. Also, the bearing hub nut was not installed as required (staked or bent in to prevent loosing). Berthold refused all responsibility for the missing parts even though he was never asked to perform any brake work. Also take note of the price of replacement parts. I was charged $397. for my SKF bearing hub plus installation at Bertholds', the identical part from SKF at RockAuto sells for $145.96 plus installation. Mevotech stabilizer bar links at Berthold, $96.90 each, at RockAuto $31.05 each, again not including installation at either. This garage owner puts on a great show of friendliness and concern, don't fall for his comedy act, he is not to be trusted and all work quoted should be compared with an alternate garage. When confronted about the missing brake parts and why I was allowed to leave with a car that had no functioning parking/emergency brake system AND a hub nut which was not installed properly, the owner refused to replace the discarded parts and simply walked away claiming he was busy and I was there only "to start trouble". I have filed a complaint with the CAA and also begun the process to take this two-faced garage owner to Quebec Small Claims Court. I am doing this not for the money but to prevent another dishonest garage owner from shafting others under the guise of a big smile and a "Bonjour, comment t'allez-vous". Be careful, this wolf in sheep's clothing is not to be trusted!!!

Excellent service - something broke on my car and needed a repair asap - Mario brought my car in and repaired it - I did not lose my day and could continue to visit my clients ! The guy loves his work it is easy to see !

Went here to fix a clunking noise in my car, about 500$ later and nothing really changed. A couple weeks later my alternator gave up and the cars electrics stopped working . Went to another place to get it fixed for another 800$ approx. I feel as if they did more damage then they repaired I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

EDIT (in response to the owner's comment): No, indeed, you won't find my name in your files, the car was under my wife's name. There is no mistake here, it was indeed your shop. Trust me, I remember my experience very well, considering all the inconveniences it caused me. I find it even much more insulting that you would imply I'm confusing you with another shop rather than either apologizing or at the very least acknowledging your mistake. Your answer strengthen my initial point. INITIAL MESSAGE: The worst service I ever received in a garage and by far. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went there for an alternator problem, but not only did they not fix it, they broke the door. They didn't know how to open the door (there was an anti-theft mechanism). They called, but since I didn't answer right away, they tried to open it anyway and broke the door latch mechanism in the process. I still had to pay another place to fix the original alternator problem (they only changed the battery and didn't actually fix the problem (the alternator needed replacing)), but then I also had to pay to fix the door and now no longer have an anti-theft. This garage's attitude is borderline fraudulent.

Fair prices, great customer service and very professional work. I have no complaints

Ive been going here for a few years for seasonal tire and oil changes and I've never had an issue with anything. Honest mechanics who don't attempt to charge you for nothing.

They were clear and quick. Really appreciated how they explained everything and did the work in short order.

If you want a place that you can trust your car with go there. The garage is the cleanest I have ever seen and the staff and owner are really helpfull. The price reflect the quality of their service.
