The lady boss ignored me and practice ethnic profiling: at some point someone asked me to pull my car out the waiting line to let some 'friends' cars pass and get serviced before me although the rule is first arrived, first served! When she finally asked me to move my car to a service area after more than one hour wait, I had to restart my car and move it around 3 times to set it properly under the lifting arms. The mechanic who was in charge couldn't remove the oil filter and had to ask for help. She seems to be a total newbie and didn't wait until the driping stops completly to screw the lid back on and without replacing the o'ring. I was really worried. Finally I told the mechanic there's a noise at high speed on the rear so he went to test drive it on the street at maximum 50km! Of course he couldn't hear anything! They seem to ignore that cars have computers for more than 30 years! They saw that the car needed a new axle shaft so I asked if they could do it right away but the boss told me after 5pm it's too late and that I'd come back! So because of the unfair waiting I wasted my evening! I know their price are very competitive but I prefer not to go anymore through this kind of horrible customer experience, Sincerly it's possible to find unexpensive and better mechanic shops in Montreal. This kind of behavior is not acceptable!

This place is of great value but they are a bit like the fast food of garages, they may make some minor errors like forget a bolt or something so I just stick around and make sure everything is ok and test it :) the woman running the place is as some call it " Intense " she is a small lady but with a giant personality. ( best to not be on the offensive with her ) and all will be ok. I would stay clear of complicated electrical issue or diagnostics and if you are one to be picky about stuff on your interior then you may want to go somewhere else if they have to work in the interior of your car. But they by far have the best prices around. AND TIP the mechanics there just like you would hairdresser/waiter/ etc... I don't think they get paid much working there! I always give them between $5 - $40 depending on the job. :)
