After they changed the tires I started driving and it seemed a little wierd but i didn't mind it until I got on the highway, when I went above 100kmh the car would start to sway left and right very slightly and when I would hit 180kmh it would feel like the cars about to slip out. My car was perfect before I took it here , as soon as I changed my tires at this location my car started causing my problems and I wished I never heard of this place, I recently remembered to leave a review this happened a year ago. Also there were tiny scratch marks on my rims. It's funny how in this country when people see a young guy in a nice car they don't really care about your car and are kind of jealous... They won't try to finish the job asap, they won't go the extra mile, they aren't careful with the car, they try to avoid doing certain things in order to save time or make an extra buck.... all because I'm younger than they are and driving a car worth their yearly salary
N	Nadea Calaras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, DON'T GO THERE !!!! Touchette contacted me to schedule an appointment to change my winter tires. I waited almost one month for this appointment and when i went to drop my car, they refused to change the tires because my tires were new . THEY DON'T CHANGE NEW TIRES UNLESS YOU BUY THEM FROM TOUCHETTE. This is their internal policy which they don't announce their customer while scheduling an appointment. The most ridiculous policy ever! I was left in the middle of a snowing day with summer tires :(
M	Matthias Barragan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to fix an oil leak and end up paying an insane price for bad service and misalignment on the reinstalled components, now the car is making noises on low rpm, I'm a mechanic and I know an overated service when I see it. Do urself a favor, don't let these gentlemen touch your vehicle unless is not a major repair, (that way they can't intentionally mess up).
A	Anna Pitt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very happy with the service till it came time to pay my bill When I made my appointment I was told it would cost CAD35 to have my winter tires put on,which are mounted..I was asked the question and I know from experience the cost is always lower because of this. When it came time to pay my bill I was quoted CAD51,I inquired as to why I was paying 51 and not 35 dollars..they said that mags cost extra cause they had to use special tools ?? What special tools ?? I was seated where I saw the mechanics through the window using tools that I have seen being used for the last 28 yrs. Is it cause I'm a woman and mechanically challenged is written on my forehead ?? I was very pleasantly surprised that they do call back their customers and take complaints very seriously. Came to a reasonable agreement and will be visiting them again next Spring My hats off to you Pneu Touchette,now this is great customer service ...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️..Merci

I tried putting air at 2 different gas station, the tire stayed flat. At first, I went to Pneus Touchette. The place where I bought the tires a year ago. They cleaned the rims and inflated the tire and charged me 40$. 2 days later the tire went flat again, I went back and they charged me another 40 $ !!! The guy could barely look me in my eyes when he explained why. But I have no time to argue. I told myself I am never going to Pneus Touchette ever again. NEVER ever !!! A week later, the low tire pressure light came back and my tire went flat again. ? It's Saturday morning, I didn't want to drive too far on flat in this weather. I googled map garages in the area and Piece d'Auto Cobra was the only place open. I went there at 8:30 am and it was already kind of busy but at least the guy at the front desk was nice, friendly and professional. I waited about half an hour. I got a coffee, read the newspaper. He took my car inside, 15-20 minutes later. He brought my car back out. He explained that nothing seems wrong with the tire. They cleaned the rim and inflated back the tire. He said it should be good but if the tire goes flat again come back to see him. I asked how much do I owe him he told me nothing. 0$.?. Now I don't know if my tire is going to go flat again in a couple days but today, I really appreciate it.?They just got themselves a new customer. This is my new garage.✔

At st Laurent boul Montreal It was done 100% to my satisfaction I drive a 2005 Toyota Sienna Starting from the manager Mr Stephane Poirier the foreman Mr Robert the technical advisors were so good and answer all the questions I had When the alignment was finished the print out paper I got along with my bill was explained to me when ever I had questions Even after I went home on the phone to clear my doubts they were very quick to return my call I am very very happy and satisfied I could and will recommend Pnue touchette for brand new tires wheel alignment to all mechanics job Brovo keep it up the good service you deserve more than 100 stars thank you so much I am very happy about the service and hospitality I received from Pnue Touchette
