W	Wayne Turiansky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems that every bike shop has a few e-bikes these days. This place, however, has only e-bikes and an enormous selection. As riding styles differ, the limited selection most shops offer might not meet your specific requirements. I stopped in here last week looking only to go for a test ride but wound up buying after finding the ride great fun. I was looking for a bike that would give me a bit of a boost on long rides (80-100 km) but still leave me getting significant exercise. They helped me choose the Opus WKND and what a great ride it is. We did 85 km yesterday in blistering heat, quite a workout and one that would have left me drained had I needed to supply all my own power. Kudos to Quillicot for helping me choose the right bike and working me through a couple of kinks.

Took my bike in 3 times because they sold me the wrong chain, they broke my suspension while "test riding my bike" and didn't set the gears properly. 200$ later my bike was in worse shape than it was when I brought it in. NOT recommended to anyone. Incompetence at its best.

I got a bike on friday and was supposed to recieve it in the store the next week but the person didnt place the order and then the people were rude and I lost the bike because of their inability to place the order in front of me

On 3 separeted occasion I had issue. -Wrong tire size gived to me. -Unproperlly installed tire -Chain not fix properly (I ride fix I need the chain to be somewhat tight...) the staff is friendly and nice thow!

I was living in la petite patrie, we all know how many bike shops are there, and now living in st Leo THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I BRING MY BIKE THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! Service is amazing & extremely professional! Every time I leave feels brand new! And the best part they get it done so quick and efficient even though you can see it’s always busy, they take the time needed and give amazing service. If your bike is your life like mine is I strongly recommend!

I don’t know where to begin since everything is either wrong or very wrong about this place. I’m going to start by saying something positive, they know how to repair bikes….which is expected anyways. The service, they can ignore you even if you are standing in front of them….they always seem too busy, and sometime they are just chilling talking among themselves. The choices, not to rich on choices either, bikes are ok, and gear is super limited. Prices….they sale fair, never on special. If you need good service and more choices, go to the shop on the corner of Rachel / de Lorimier Ibike They are friendly.
