â â â â â Great shop. I purchased a second hand Peugeot bike and it works great. Frederic was very informative and took the time to answer all my questions. He was even kind enough to add additional components free of charge.
Finally, we couldnât fit the bike in my car seeing that I couldnât remove the tire because break line couldnât be released. Frederic went above and beyond to get me an Allan key so that I can twist my handle bars in sideways so that it fits.
He even let me keep the key. Small acts like this go a long way. Exceptional customer service. I strongly recommend this store.

â â â â â Picked up a secondhand Raleigh, as well as few accessories (WALD bike basket.) Great little shop; prices fair, good selection of bicycles & seemed well stocked, friendly & helpful staff! Really pleased with my new-to-me bike!
Note: you shall need to make an appointment during our COVID days, but it is simple to do online or via phone. My basket+ pick-up & transaction was done without, at the door.

â â â â â Buyer beware!! I bought a second hand gravel bike for a trip I as going to take with a friend. The bike was a bit overpriced for what it was but every other second hand bike I had seen in local shops was in worse shape. After trying it out I could tell the gears didn't change properly. Instead of having 18 I have 12 and the guy assured me thats the way it was supposed to be. "Just keep moving the tension gear on the left eventually it catches" Uh no it doesn't, only the highest and lowest tension work and nothing in between and even then the gears that do work don't always work properly. But the real kicker for me is the front tire. I rode it home after purchasing and left it there for about a month and when I finally decided to take it out for a ride today after about 5 min I notice my front tire seems to be a bit low. I ride on thinking it's just my imagination but after about 10 minutes I am sure it's low. I stop and test it out and sure enough it's soft. I took it in to another bike shop and I definitely had a flat. I definitely didnt ride around a lot between this bike shop and my home prior to today, a 2 min test ride and then 5 min to my apt, so my conculsion is 1) they either don't check these things or 2) they KNOWINGLY sold a second hand bike with a slow leak. In either case my advice is to avoid this shop.

â â â â â Wow I have never felt so unwelcome at a shop in my life. I walked in to be looked at like I had just walked into their living room unannounced with a plastic bag full of bedbugs. Not one word of greeting. Not one word of inquiry as to what I was looking for or my price range. Quite simply just not one word was spoken to me in French or English. I looked around a bit but the overall discomfort and awkward silence was just ridiculous and I took my $500 I was willing to spend and left.

Very quick with the works done on my old bike. Got it back in just a day. Had some small adjustment to do after and they did it on site super quick as well.
They also have an arsenal of 2nd hand bikes and parts.

â â â â â Fairly easy to purchase online, fast response on email and phone calls. and the employees and owner seem nice enough.
Only problem I'd have.. bike quality might not be best.
Bought a bike last year for 300, recently the frame broke off near the handle. Rode it well under 50 times total, stored it indoors only, no accidents no other problems indicating mishandling on my part.
They did refund partially but well under what I was expecting. Because it's during COVID times I did not want to negotiate the price either. However, I was rather disappointed.
It's one bike out of god knows how many they have so I won't judge them too harshly on it.
But I would not buy another bike there nor recommend the store to anyone else.

â â â â â I bought a nice used bike here a while ago. Put more than 200 km on it already, without a single problem.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They let me try the bike and answered all my questions. The selection of bikes seems pretty good too, considering the size of the shop.
I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
