★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. From 3 machines 2 didn't work. When reclaiming the owner becomes aggressive, insulting and threatening. The applianced were delivered missing necessary parts. The offered guarantee has no value at all as they just refuse everything once you paid. After several unpleasant days and lots of arguing Georges agreed to an exchange but once you get there they play games saying they don't know about such an agreement and offer you less valuable and damaged stuff. Claiming, that you didn't talk to the responsible person, the person on the phone was somebody else etc. etc. It is not possible to get hold of them this way, as everyone claims to be Georges and another time not to be the right Georges and so on. I just can warn everybody to deal with those people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought used dishwasher, stove and a fridge at a very reasonable price. It has been yesrs and they all work perfectly. Very satisfied. Excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appliance clearly not refurbished, as told, but just resold. Washer work once then never spinned again. Took 3 days to get a tech that didn't show up because of the storm. Now granted that's reasonable, but they still knew we needed help 2 days before, why the wait? The dryer is unreliable and overall experience is pretty bad.
The delivery was fast, but pricey (60$ +10/appliances) and sloppy. No installation proposed either.
Costumer service is dismissive.
May edit this if there's further development, but for now it's a VERY unpleasant experience, and we're considering legal recourse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a fridge here for about $600. It worked for about 2 months then started to behave strangely, freezer would warm up, fridge would freeze. I had their warranty "technician" come to my house regularly to try and fix it (mostly by jerry rigging wires and external thermostats) 6 weeks. I finally just threw it out. Referb job used the wrong parts, repair was a waste of time. Go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a fridge from them for a 800$, the door latch was broken, they hid this information and now the doors dont close. They refuse to fix it, despite the fact I have a 6 months warranty. Very disappointed, dont buy from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was terrible bought a fridge from here and it stopped working after 2 months. I called many times to get the problem fix and the owner was rude and refused to honor the 6 month warranty. Stay very far away from this place unless you want to waste time and money

don’t come in here it’s not worth it the guy will make you pay delivery even if you buy everything from here.
He will give you advices and get mad if you don’t buy I also tried to negotiate with him he decreased the insurance duration.
