Le vendeur leur a fait payer cash en leur disant qu'il pourrait comme ça leur économiser les taxes. En plus de ne pas être fiable pour la date de livraison, va-t-il lui avoir volé leur argent et ne jamais leuri livrer l'article acheté? De vrais escrocs, s'il ne leur livre pas l'article acheté...

The seller made them pay cash by telling them that he could save them taxes. Besides not being reliable on the delivery date, is he going to steal their money and never deliver the purchased item to them? Real crooks, if he doesn't deliver the purchased item to them ...

J'y suis aller pour acheter un frigo, j'en ai profiter pour expliquer mon problème de laveuse et il m'a conseiller quoi faire et quel pièce acheter (10$!) et j'ai pu réparer moi même ma laveuse. J'ai apprécier qu'il me conseil au lieu d'essayer de me vendre une laveuse!
Super service! Very accommodating. I went there to buy a fridge, I took the opportunity to explain my washer problem and he advised me what to do and which part to buy ($ 10!) And I was able to repair my washer myself. I appreciate that he advises me instead of trying to sell me a washer!

Wow chapeau les affaires doivent bien aller depuis le départ de votre vendeur. ???
Following the last message left on the wall by Nathalie Thibault 5 hours ago, I find it deplorable to see the owner of the store leaving a comment on her own wall in an attempt to rebuild the reputation of her own store. Wow hats off, business must be going well since your salesperson left. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service à la cliente très mauvais. Ils nous appellent pour prendre rendez-vous et nous laisse pas de message. Lorsque nous rappelons ils sont bête comme leur pieds et nous dises qu'on ralentit leur business. Aucunement compréhensible. Je ne recommande à personne une compagnie qui n'est pas capable de parler a leur client avec respect.
Very poor customer service. They call us to make an appointment and leave us no message. When we call back they are stupid as their feet and tell us that their business is slowing down. Not at all understandable. I do not recommend to anyone a company that is not able to speak to their customer with respect.

I stopped by today to buy a starter relay for my fridge. The staff helped me find the right spare part and my fridge works as before!
