The Simon Lesvesque character below, has nothing positive to say about any of the places he has shopped in months. These reviews reflect people scoring brownie points for their google plus accounts, and nothing more. My views are if you show people respect, respect is what you will get in return. And George Adaimy said he bought all his appliances from this merchant !!?? What a laugh, the do not sell appliances. Sad when people ruin a merchants reputation just to score points for google+.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices... Service good... but I would've easily have rated them 5 Stars if it wasn't for the last experience that I had (that's the 3rd time that I buy all of my Kitchen Appliances from them and that's the only time that it was a semi-bad experience).

Best is to go with a part number for your device and the gentleman will find a replacement really fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give no stars to this business if I could. I went to the store to return a purchase and the person at the cashier started yelling at me and my wife for no reason. I have filed a complaint with the office du consommateur du Québec. Be very careful as the owner is very aggressive and violent.
