Il a proposé d'aller faire une démonstration, sans engagement, chez mon père en Mauricie. Il s'est présenté à l'heure convenue. Il a fait une très bonne démo, expliqué toutes les caractéristiques et effectué tous les ajustements. Après l'essai, mon père était comblé. M. Marcoux a offert un service hors pair, professionnel et respectueux. Je recommande sans hésitation. Allez rencontrer M. Marcoux, vous comprendrez.
In store, I met a passionate person. Mr. Marcoux gave a lot of information and answered all my questions. He offered to go do a demonstration, without obligation, at my father's in Mauricie. He showed up at the agreed time. He did a great demo, explained all the features and made all the adjustments. After the test, my father was overwhelmed. Mr. Marcoux provided outstanding, professional and respectful service. I recommend without hesitation. Go meet Mr. Marcoux, you will understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Même en temps de COVID-19 nous avons eu un service impeccable. Le représentant Paul nous a bien reçu en magasin et surtout, il nous a bien informé des options. Quelques jours plus tard, Paul a même emmené un fauteur auto-souleveur chez ma mère afin de le réessayer avant de passer la commande. Elle a tellement aimé le fauteuil qu'elle l'a acheté lors de l'essai. Comme c'est difficile pour ma mère de se déplacer, ce fut vraiment génial de la part de Paul de livrer sans savoir si effectivement il y aura une vente. Je recommande fortement cette entreprise. Service courtois, bon sens de l'humour et livraison rapide. Merci!
Even in times of COVID-19 we had impeccable service. The representative Paul received us in store and above all, he informed us of the options. A few days later, Paul even took a self-lifting moulder to my mom's to try it again before placing the order. She liked the chair so much that she bought it during the test drive. As it is difficult for my mother to travel, it was really great of Paul to deliver without knowing if there will actually be a sale. I highly recommend this company. Ils ont une grande variété de qualité autant si on a des besoin suite à une mastectomie que si on a besoin d'une nouvelle brassière. La dame qui s'occupe du service d'ajustement est une vrai experte pour trouver le bon "fit"! Il y a un grand choix de grandeur même.pour les femmes à forte poitrine! Je conseil fortement ! Demandez Johanne!
I went to MCL for the bra fitting service. They have a wide variety of quality both if you have needs following a mastectomy or if you need a new bra. The lady who takes care of the fitting service is a real expert in finding the right "fit"! There is a large choice of sizes even for women with large breasts! I strongly advise! Ask Johanne!

Acheté un fauteuil roulant, et j’ai demandé d’ajuster la hauteur, mais apparement, ils n’avaient pas personne pour le faire.
Par la suite, je me suis aperçu que le même fauteuil était 200$ moins cher chez leurs compétiteurs.
Je dois dire pare contre que l’employé qui m’a vendu le fauteuil était très bien.
Very disappointed with this retailer. Very high price.
Bought a wheelchair, and asked to adjust the height, but apparently they didn't have anyone to do it.
Subsequently, I realized that the same chair was $200 cheaper from their competitors.
I must say, however, that the employee who sold me the chair was very nice.
