Pharmaprix

Le jour de la fête du travail, avant de me rendre en magasin, j'appelle pour connaître les heures d'ouverture. Il y a un message d'accueil qui précise que le jour de la fête du travail, le magasin sera ouvert jusqu'à 21h. À 17:25, je me rends sur place pour trouver un magasin fermé. Est ce si difficile d'indiquer des bonnes heures d'ouverture à vos clients?! C'est frustrant de se retrouver face a des portes closes alors que j'ai pris la peine de vérifier les heures d'ouverture en appelant. En plus, les employés de la pharmacie sont toujours très occupés a parler très fort de leur vie personnelle. Ça manque de professionnalisme.

Dimanche le 12 décembre 2021, c'est indiqué que vous fermez à 21h sur Google, j'arrive à la pharmacie vers 18h20 et c'est fermé..... Wow.. Petit conseil, si vous changez vos heures de fermetures, il serait bien de les modifier aussi sur Google!

Je donne 3 étoiles pour 2 raison ! 1 - manque beaucoup de produit sur les tablettes. 2 - Quand on demande au commis expedition d'aller voir si il reste un tel produit dans l'entrepôt, wow ? 0 service de la part du commis. Sinon pour moi jai pas vecus de mauvaise experience avec le staff. La place est propre et toute est bien rangée. Coté pharmacien et pour ce qui est de l'attente, Ben ces partout pareille. Il y a les commandes téléphonique et par internet aussi. Noubliez pas le manque de staff et aussi que ce nest pas un travail facile travailler dans ce genre de commerce.

Yesterday I went to Pharmaprix for some cosmetic, when I was looking for things that I need, there’s a girl said if she could offer some help, we talked a bit, and she said there’s a little activity on LISE WATIER, they could give a free make up if I like I could choose 2 produces and a small gift(turned out the gift was the make up), and it’s up to me. After that I didn’t say I was not satisfy with the make up, but I did can buy something, because they were nice. I bought 2 produces and went back home, then I figured out my Mon had the cosmetic which is similar to the things I just bought, so I thought I didn’t need it anymore. Then I went back to return(same day). I brought my receive and the cosmetic(haven’t open yet even right now), went back to the same sales counter, told them the reason, and then the girl said “ DID YOU GOT YOUR MAKE UP ON YOUR FACE?” . Yes, I did, I thought that was a way they let people experience their products, then she said “ THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY IT ! YOU CAN NOT RETURN, BECAUSE AFTER YOU GOT A GIRL MAKE UP ON YOU, YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE TWO PRODUCT. you can choose not to use it and change to another product HERE, SAME BRAND, COSMETIC ONLY.” Wo wo wo, for me that was a compulsory purchase, if Pharmaprix doesn’t want a customer return any non use cosmetic, please put a note on the receive or tell the customer it’s a final sale before they pay. And also, I will never ever trust any promotion and sales in Pharmaprix any more, I would happy to share this story to anyone I know and I will meet. Well, choose to do purchase on Pharmaprix or not is up to you, but be wise.
