★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give negative stars. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. They make appointments and don't show up. They ask for appointments and then show up randomly without calling or following any schedule. They wear their shoes inside. They damaged our floor with a drill. They straight up lie by saying things like "we called you" when in fact they did not. They have tried to blame my landlords, who are very sweet and not at fault for any such shenanigans.
They delivered two defective appliances. For the broken washing machine thay had to come seven separate times, "fixing" every random thing that they made up except for the actual problem, until I had to supervise, and do the testing to reproduce the issue in the middle of a cycle with clothes inside for them (because explaining the loud banging noise it made and playing an audio recording apparently wasn't enough), and then directly supervise the final repair. That took me maybe 15 hours to manage all considered, disrupting my work day every time due to their inability to schedule.
They also delivered a defective fridge. It was dirty inside and out, we had to clean it ourselves. The door is crooked and does not close or seal, and the handle snapped off. Still waiting on this with no info, just called to ask what's next and they are making excuses about why they didn't show up yesterday despite promising to. They said it's impossible to give more than 30 minutes notice of showing up, and some excuse about having other custmers to deal with, wow.
Honestly I was so nice to them, offering water or coffee, not critiquing anything, assuming professionalism, being friendly. Then they threw it in my face many times over by trying to avoid their responsibilities and I no longer have any patience left.
Avoid this place!
