★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the closest Koodo store to me who had iPhone 6’s left. I went there to exchange my iPhone because it was not working well and it had only been 6 days since I purchased the phone at galeries danjou. I went there hoping for the lady to complete my exchange she then told me that I had to go to the original store where I had bought my phone, I explained to her than the lady from galeries danjou said I can go to any Koodo to do an exchange, she then got frustrated with me. I told you I had school in an hour and I lived in Laval it was impossible to me to travel to anjou and to please do the exchange she refused!! Wasted my time. Finally went to Anjou was late for school and the Koodo at Anjou said ANY KOODO store can do an exchange doesn’t matter what store it was bought at. Final point, the lady was too lazy and made me waste much whole day.
