★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if they offer cheaper prices, stay away from this company. The headaches and varying network quality is not worth the lower prices.
Started off by sending out a broken modem (which took forever for the customer service team to remotely debug), having trouble setting up the company to install the network. When it was all installed, network would vary incredibly in speed depending of the time of day. Kept charging me 4 months after calling to cancel the service, refusing to reimburse saying cancellation was not confirmed during the call and instead I asked for a residence transfer, for which an e-mail was sent to confirm the address change (transfer I didn't ask and e-mail I didn't receive). Naturally, to review the tape myself I have to waste a Saturday going to Montreal, as that is the only shop location and it's open on weekdays during working hours and Saturday. Guess I'll bring back the modem at the same time, since to recover the deposit it has to be brought back to the store or shipped at your expense.
Some may have good experiences, having gone through it I can suggest the risk is not worth the problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Bravo Telecom internet services since 2019. The overall experience is satisfying. Although they use the Videotron network, which has the widest fiber optic internet in Quebec, in my opinion, they provide better deals. Also they have a good customer service.

I thank you again for your great help and definitely give Bravo five star and it's professional staff six stars..
