Got it inspected by a friend mechanic before and after visit here. They break something that worked fine before when they service your car so you have to come back to them to fix something else. Dishonest. Parts very expensive and cannot purchase yourself from elsewhere. Not recommend.

I've dealt with John for several years, and he has been able to resolve issues with my car that the dealerships couldn't even understand the cause of. There have been at least two occasions where he was able to complex issues with my car for at least 75% less than what the dealership and their so-called experts estimated to be.

Just last year I went in thinking something terrible has happened to my car by the sound it was making and it turned out it was just some rusted out pins for my exhaust that needed replacing. He charge me 20 bucks. Great guy. The only negative thing I could say is that he seems to be quite popular, so don't expect an appointment the next day.

I had previously taken my vehicle to another garage and was given an outrageous quote for work needing to be done. The owner at Roxboro auto did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and it came in way under the previous garage, tax included. I was treated with kindness, respect and I had the opportunity to witness his kindness towards all the customers he served. Refreshing! I will be returning and recommending this garage and the owner John, to all my family and friends. Thank you!
