They cancelled my appointment the same day due to illness offered to rebook at a future date but past December 1st deadline. Amazingly the day after he was across the street at my neighbor's home changing his tires.
Left me in an awkward situation 4 days prior to deadline. Out of courtesy could have offered to change my tries while he was across the street at my neighbor's.

May it be a tire change or fixing a flat tire, Joseph (and his Dad) does it amazingly well and in a professional way. The prices are good too!! They are prompt and polite, way to go..

Spotted a nail in my tire and informed me of it and no sooner was I informed, it was dealt with and patched right up! I will definitely be using this service in the future and would highly recommend for you to use as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute terrible customer service. Called to make an appointment. Gave my exact tire size over the phone said they were low profile and was told a price just to wait a week the sir to get there and him tell me it was 40$+ tax more than I was told by the phone. And because it was more I didn't have the cash so I would have had to pay by card which had an additional 3% fee. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Will never recommend this man to anyone I know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hit a pothole and shredded 2 of my tires. Luckily I had 2 extra tires sitting in my garage and the people at Tortorici were able to come to my home right away and change the tires. Great service and very efficient. Thank you all.

Joseph has been doing all repairs, oil changes and tire changes on all my family cars since then. 2022 update, he installed brand new mags and tires without a single scratch on the wheels. Always asks to show up early when he's running ahead of schedule. I wouldn't trust or recommended anyone else.
