He checked the car and took it for a test drive and told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that I am safe to be driving it. He refused to charge me for evaluating my car and refused to accept tip. His kindness and compassion was greatly appreciate! I will for sure be returning in the future!!

I spoke with big/tall Dino on the phone and in person, I dealt with small Dino who worked on my car (there are 2 Dinos ? both were nice and informative). My exhaust was making a lot of noise so I brought it here based on a recommendation from a friend. They fixed it the morning of: I left it with them in the am, they called less than an hour later with an estimation and told me the price and if I gave them the go I could come back in 45 minutes. I had also called ahead to ask if they had a spare car I could use to get back home but ultimately it was done within 1-2 hours I could have easily waited (though the wait room is a standard garage wait room). I don't feel their prices were ridiculous at all, I am a happy customer! I only wish I came sooner. Car is quieter and has more power now that there isn't a cracked piece of my exhaust. And I liked that Dino brought the piece out to show me when I arrived.
