★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave them 5 star review in the past but today I’m disappointed. I scheduled an appointment for oil change and tire change which i normally do with them all the time. According to their policy after 4 oil change the 5th is free so today was my 5th supposed to be free. When I mentioned to the lady she counted how many time’s I have done oil change and said yes this time is free, I was excited at the beginning until she gave me the bill $98 for tire change I was shocked then she started explaining ohh you have to pay for the filter who those oil change without changing the filters and how much do filters cost? Tire change is $60 I don’t know if filters and taxes for $60 will amount to $38 still waiting for a detail invoice in my email like they will normally send but they didn’t. I never complain about prices I just don’t like when people try to trick u or take advantage of you. In the last year I had my car services done at this shop worth more than $2000 so I didn’t appreciate the services today.

The service was delayed by one hour and I was charged extra 12$. Guys, if your price is 72$ for tire change, please don't tell over the phone that it's 60$

Since there's no way to respond here, I'm adding my response here.
I called to make an APPOINTMENT, and was told to come in one hour. I didn't need squeezing in. I was available next week (nobody asked me that), but I was looking for the closest appointment among several places. I cancelled two appointments at other places, because I thought I got the appointment with you.
If the valves replacement is mandatory, you should either include it in price or mention it to the customer. What you did is not the right way to make money.
Finally, I don't get why the fact that the person who came with my car was not me is a problem. Is it the reason to charge him extra?
And as I mentioned before, I'm not coming back to your garage. There's plenty of adequate services in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been bringing both my cars for regular oil changes and tune ups for about 4 years now. I have always been awarded with top quality service and the staff is extremly friendly. Their prices are fair,and at least their mechanics are honest about what needs to be done on you're vehicle(s).

I had him do a water pump on my Lexus, EVAP diagnosis, and wheels on my VW. From the super knowledgeable receptionist, to the mechanic, I recommend their service.
Their tire prices are very competitive too.
