Le directeur de la salle de conditionnement physique est rigoureux et méticuleux ce qui est génial pour s'assurer de toujours trouvé les équipements et accessoires a La meme place sans chercher des heures !
J'aime les ajouts fréquents d'équipement comme les deux Jaccob Ladder.
Un des rares gyms sur Montreal à disposer de tel équipement avec le tapis de hautes périodes d'intervalles qui peut permettre de courir à sa vitesse sans réglage électronique par la seule force de notre corps et du sytème de convoyeurs.

The manager of the gym is rigorous and meticulous which is great to make sure you always find the equipment and accessories in the same place without looking for hours!
I like frequent additions of equipment like the two Jaccob Ladders.
One of the few gyms in Montreal to have such equipment with the carpet of high interval periods that can run at its speed without electronic adjustment by the strength of our body and the conveyor system.

Nothing negative to say. A1 customer service, courtesy, everything on point. Plus the lessons with the otters, the Friday instructor is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la piscine est très propre je n'ai rien a dire la déçu par contre tout le reste fait pitié les sauveteur du matin son jeunes donc je ne leur en veux pas mais il manque de professionnalisme, lundi matin des jeunes sont venu et ils ne connaissaient clairement pas les règles du bain libre. Au lieu de leurs expliquer la sauveteuse les a réprimander a moitié en Français a moitié en anglais, ça faisait vraiment pitié. Par la suite, ils ont continuer a être sur leurs dos tout le long de la baignade libre. Outre ça, c'est une bonne place pour 1$ pas pour 6$!!!! Bref je suis déçu de la manière dont le staff traite certains client sinon comme mentionné plus tôt, c'est très propre.
the swimming pool is very clean I have nothing to say about the disappointment on the other hand everything else makes pity for the lifeguards in the morning his young people so I do not blame them but he lacks professionalism, Monday morning young people came and they did not know clearly not free swim rules. Instead of explaining to them the lifeguard reprimanded them half in French and half in English, it was really pitiful. Thereafter, they continued to be on their backs throughout the free swim. Besides that, it's a good place for 1$ not for 6$!!!! In short, I'm disappointed with the way the staff treats certain customers, except as mentioned earlier, it's very clean.

Not only is it quite accessible, it offers most of the materials and equipment needed for the activities. In my opinion, it is one of the top places to go to when I have free time.
