Actually they were not quite opened they were finishing their renovations we stopped in looking to rent a room and they graciously offered to get us a room ready later in day. We were visiting family in Nokomis and they had freshly done room for us. Beds are super comfortable like it more than my bed at home. Linen’s are very nice and towels of high quality. Super clean rooms . Nice appointed kitchenette. Family owned and run, very friendly and accommodating. My second visit I was texted day before we were to arrive to inform me of bad weather for driving in. Now that is customer service. Motel is near restaurants and gas stations. Walking distance. We will be staying there again and certainly recommend staying there Update Just had another excellent stay at Lanigan Inn & Suites Always have best sleep there beds are very comfortable.Some new updates to Inn that add to pleasurable stay . Management very friendly. See you later in summer.
M	Moira Hitchens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to stay in town! I’ve only ever had long stays here with work and the owner, Blair, is very accommodating. The suites are freshly renovated and well maintained. Extremely fast internet and most, if not all, the rooms have smart TV’s or a Roku. The kitchenette is well stocked, and if you don’t have a kitchenette with your room there are a few different BBQ’s as well as a smoker! Very clean and awesome place to stay. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for several weeks while we were doing work in the area, and this place is definitely the best spot in lanigan to stay at. It was clean, had very good showers and towels, and a comfy bed. Blair and mitch, the managers, were very accommodating and easy to get a hold of if I needed something.

The beds were comfy and the rooms felt very homey! Highly recommend staying here! 10/10 I would definitely stay again!

Newly renovated rooms give that rustic log cabin feel. The owners are friendly and very accommodating. We will be back here every time we come through this area. 100% recommend!

Unfortunately I cannot remember their names, but the owner and his son showed above and beyond hospitality to us. Starting with a warm welcome and even going as far as ensuring we weren't in need of something to eat throughout the storm. Treated us like old friends from the moment we arrived. If you ever end up in Lanigan in need of a place to stay you won't find one better than here!

Had the pleasure of speaking to them directly and learning their intentions towards renovating the INN to provide the area with a quality stay for travelers and workers. The owner is a friendly individual who clearly cares about his guests and their experience. The rooms are recently renovated (with renovations ongoing but not at all invasive) and feature unique bedding that is quite comfortable and warm for our cold winter nights. The location is perfect for someone who wants to stay outside Saskatoon and have a 'smaller town feel'. Otherwise, an hour will get you to Saskatoon and beyond when traveling West. The room also features bottle(s) of water, which is a nice touch and very underrated for road-weary travelers. I have traveled all over Canada and stayed in many hotels/motels and this has been by far one of my favourite places to stay for the reasons mentioned above and the 'human' aspect of the hard-working owner and his family. My only regret was that I could not stay longer. Please note: their signage is not complete yet so look for them beside the 'Family Restaurant' Thank you for making my night stay enjoyable and very comfortable! JB
