★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Road noise is crazy, under major renovation, the perfume they us throughout the hotel seems like they are trying to cover something up. The restaurant staff is rude if the dress code is business causal it’s not posted so don’t show up unless your dressed appropriately. For 200 dollars a night save yourself the trouble and book the Hilton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the restaurant. Selected the buffet option and it was delicious! Food is of great quality and the service was amazing. They really went out of their way to make us happy. Loved the experience!

Disappointed at construction inspection work is not done to high standards (see photos)
Unfortunately I got a room close to elevator 645 very noisy with elevators going up and down at night. AC/Heater is noisy too.
But all was perfect! Would consider to come back here if in Montreal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this is a tough rating. The Sheraton is undergoing some major construction. So there are working Crews out at 4:30a in the morning and you can hear some of the construction going on. A lot of trucks outside the hotel. The room was nice and had just enough for what I needed. The lobby and the restaurant are great. This part has already been remodeled and I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant two nights. Good food and a really nice presentation. The 24-hour food area is a nice addition. This is a great location for when I come up on business, and I'll be back, likely after some of this major construction is done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. Despite being under renovations everything was great. We’ll maintainer, friendly staff, housekeeping is great. Just a heads up the AC / heat clicks on and off, fan doesn’t stay on constantly - not an issue but lighter sleepers might want to know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised by the good reviews. We stayed there on the past weekend. Here's the breakdown.
Good: Courteous and helpful staffs.
Bad: Hotel under renovation. Parking lot is a mess. The room we checked in had broken windows blinds. The street light came straight into the room and we couldn't sleep. The carpet was old and greasy. We complained and the staff was nice to give us an upgraded room. The new room had good windows blinds but the air conditioning filaments were covered with thick dust and other trash. It looks like it's never been cleaned in the last 10 years. The carpet is not clean either. Unfortunately my sinus is sensitive to dust. My nose was kind of blocked and I had trouble sleeping during the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Sheraton has polite staff with stylish and modern decor. Due to the ongoing construction, it is dusty and hard for your tires with the uneven and unpacked road to parking area. As for service, our rooms were not clean until the 3rd day of our stays even when we spoke directly with the cleaning staff and we had to call the front desk because we ran out of soap. The sheets has strong bleach odor and the warm oak scent of the bath product is a bit too masculine. Overall, it is a hotel with great potential. I hope the future improvement will finish soon so it will be more pleasant for future guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really kind and supportive staff -- would definitely come back because of the service. The room we had was clean and spacious. I'm especially happy to see more sustainable options being offered by a hotel - they rooms now have soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers.
