★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service I called for some information and I spoke English because that’s my first language, and the lady said “ parlez vous français?” With some immigrant accent , so fine I spoke French because I am CAPABLE of speaking two languages!!! Don’t come to Canada if you can’t communicate. Especially working in a huge mall in laval. And to the owner of this place well you should hire bilingual employees! I am never going there , and the lady on the phone was rude and cold and sarcastic. I called on Friday afternoon ! Horrible just horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I lost my receipt and the lady started yelling at me for making her job “harder”. Sorry. I’m the client. Terrible service. I got yelled at and ridiculed in front of everyone in carrefour. And she did the same to the client right after me. Learn how to talk and treat your paying clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very customer oriented, despite the kinda high price they charge they still make up for it for their precise excellent work and if you do decide to go there, ask for Hassania to do the tailoring on your cloths. Shes amazing with her job and very precise with her measurements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Stitch It I've ever been to, I just moved to Laval and tried this one for the first time but I'd rather drive the extra distance to Fairview Pointe-Claire where their Stitch It is actually professional and polite. Carrefour Stitch It is a lost cause.
