Jai amener mon manteaux d'hivers pour nettoyage et ont ma informé qu'elle ne savais pas s'ils pourrais s'en occuper ( taches ) donc ils devrait peut-etre l'envoyer ailleur. J'ai donc attendu leurs apel pour leurs donner mon approbation. Finalement ils mapellent cest 50$ plus taxe ( 57$) jai hesiter et jai dit que non. Messemble que sa coute 30 ailleur?! Ils me disent que cest impossible il l'ont deja envoyer. ( ils mapel pour me demander ma probation , mais ils l'ont deja envoyer lol) ils s'excuse de leur geste me charge 35 taxe inclu au lieu. Arriver pour recupere mon manteaux, l'homme TRES arrogant me donne mon manteaux et me demande 43. Je lui parle tres respectueusement de l'agrément que j'ai au telephone et il dénis tout. Je lui donne 45 il me redonne 1.50 ... je lui redemande mon change il dit ahh tu veux tes 1 cents?? Et me donne 5 cent.ah, et ne il me remet pas la facture.. Lol a ce point sa en est ridicule. J'espère que vous ne ferez pas la même erreur que moi. Je vais déposer une plainte. Cétai un homme dans la 50 aines Arabe. First and last time !!! Une fois le manteau nettoyé, j'ai remarqué plusieurs altérations sur la cuirette (en fait, à des endroits il n'en avait plus)...on m'a répondu : "Ce n'est pas de ma faute, votre manteau est "cheap". Merci au fil d'or! Quel service médiocre! Very bad service! I brought a coat which, according to my means, is of quality.
