The products are some of the best. I purchased them as a gift and they were used immediately. I found the process of ordering very simple, notifications were good, and the delivery was great. The only issue I had was an item was missing from my order, which did take a few days to rectify, but once it was, the order arrived very shortly thereafter, much to my surprise. Given some of the delays from COVId-19 I have experienced, Le Creuset was one of the top companies to work with. I have also experienced a crack in one of the bakeward since purchasing and within a week I had a new dish. Wonderful organization!

Terrible service just left the store Monday December 13th at 6:15pm at the Laval store. This women working was extremely disrespectful and condescending. I love there products but I will find somewhere else to shop for Christmas. I refuse to buy from a place that hires such rude employees.

I love my le Crueset products! I had a rectangular baking dish that cracked during usage. The website for customer service was very easy to navigate. I submitted a warranty claim with uploaded photos and within 2 days received notification that my dish would be replaced with an equivalent product. When there were issues with an exact match for replacement, I was offered an upgraded product or store credit. My new baking dish is now shipping and will be delivered to directly to my home. Raissa has been wonderful to deal with and I couldn't be a happier customer!

I placed an order with Le Creuset last year, which contained 2 sets of pasta bowls. I received 1 set of pasta bowls. I have been writing to Le Creuset for months as they took full payment but have not delivered the full order. E-mail after e-mail but no resolution. I even sent them the packing slip showing the 2nd set of pasta bowls was not included in the order and I am still waiting. For a company who claims their brand is based on quality products and superior customer service, my experience has been awful - they have taken payment, not delivered product and to date no one is taking accountability to make this right.

Was encouraged by the positive reviews and excellent customer service feedback reported by many consumers. My French Oven was approved for replacement, sent back and received by Le Creuset on Nov 20 according to the Canada Post shipment tracker. On Nov 23 Sara advised that they were waiting for confirmation of receipt from the warehouse before sending a replacement. In the last 8 business days Customer Service has been unable to confirm receipt and has not provided any update. Today received an automated message asking for feedback on my experience. Unfortunately the only feedback I can offer is one of disappointment. I am without one of the most useful pots in my collection and have no idea when the replacement can be expected. Hoping that patience pays off and Le Creuset resolves the situation soon. Update Jan 5: On Dec 22 I sent a follow up email to inquire on status. Understanding that team members may have taken vacation during the holidays I sent a second follow up on Dec 31. No one from the Customer Service team has responded to either of these messages--meanwhile they have had my dutch oven since Nov 20 and their website indicates stock is replenished. There does not appear to be any other way to contact the company. This experience has been extremely disappointing for a brand that is positioned as a luxury good.

The kettle I purchased a couple of years ago. I noticed a couple of rust spots on the inside spout. I contacted Le Creuset about getting it replaced. Customer service was very helpful and I have received my kettle replacement. I have many different Le Creuset pieces and I love cooking with them. I would recommend Le Creuset to anyone that loves cooking!

I received a tea pot for Christmas 2 years ago and have kept excellent care of it. Only hand washing it and never using it on a heat source in any way. A few weeks ago I was washing it by hand and the bottom just came right out! I filled in a warranty claim online and just received my new tea pot! I'm thankful for the understanding and care they put in! Thank you!

Had an issue with some staining on my white pots, Rebecca was amazing. She was very interactive and responsive, provided numerous solutions and recommendations on how to restore my pots that I have had since 1985...The enamel is dull on the pots I use daily but all the staining is gone now, she also sent a solution to see if it would improve the enamel shine. Great customer service....love their product, only pots and pans I own....
