★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very disappointed when they closed the st Denis location which is walking distance for me, and am not impressed with the mile end boutique, but am always ready and willing to come to the Laval store, my favourite one of the bunch.
Their friendly and helpful service, unpretentious attitude and great sale finds are worth the car trip and
the challenging parking lot!. I am a avid online lulu shopper, so if I do come across some discrepancies in sale prices, they always match it with quick willingness and no hassles! Thank you !Very satisfied customer:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In store customer service is good. on the chat and on the phone : horrible.
I bought a pair of leggings and I really didn’t like the fit ( the print made them thicker ) so i called to see if i could exchange them ( since the material was the problem) & they refused .
i never had a problem with any of my other Lululemon clothing.
After contacting them about this pair of leggings they didn’t want to do nothing about it. This is really not the type of service I expected after spending thousands of dollars in this company.
I am very Dissappointed & will no longer purchase from them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Line at Carefour Laval was SO long for nothing... I waited one hour in line. I understand we have to be socially distant, but there was barely anyone in the store. I encountered many more people passing by, close to me as I was waiting in line... The other stores in the mall do not have this problem. Avoid if you do not need to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place , good quality. Pants for about 130$ and shorts for about 70$. Good service from a young man named Jeremy. Some other staff ( twentysomething year old girl) referred to an older woman by " hun" .....doesn't fly....."hun". A bit too comfortable .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a gift card since Christmas but I cannot spend it in the store because there are never any times available to go and shop and lineups are ridiculous, outrageous and most outrageous is the next available appointment is past August 2, 2021 we are today July 23, 2021 how is someone supposed to spend money in your store??
Love the product hate your policies you should just have a lineup outside. First come first serve, my2cents
