★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I even begin with these guys.
My fiancé and I had to postpone our wedding this summer due to the ongoing pandemic and attempted to reschedule all of our vendors to the summer of 2021. ALL of our other vendors were empathetic and understanding and happily reserved a new date in the coming summer. All of them EXCEPT for Groupe Madison. We called them every week for over a month begging them to give us a new date. They put us through emotional turmoil for weeks and weeks for nothing. We could not agree on an alternative date as they were not giving their summer 2021 dates to existing clients, so we had to move on from them. They assured us that they would return our deposit but to add to the stress only agreed to do so on the day of our cancelled wedding. We waited until this day and asked for our money but instead we were told that there is no money to give. We have been arguing with them and chasing them trying to obtain our deposit back ever since. They continue to claim that they do not have money to refund even though they, like everyone else, are receiving government support. Unfortunately, their true colours and values are showing during this pandemic and they are not pretty. I urge you to strongly consider our experience before booking a wedding with them. There are plenty of halls out there who I have heard have treated their clients with much more dignity during this difficult time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a friend's big italian wedding. The food was amazing, and the staff (servers, waiters, bartenders, barista) were all very nice. Sound system was good. Oh .. and so much food !
There were two other weddings going on at the same time, so it felt a little crowded at times in the wedding.
The wedding next to ours was so loud, that our room heard all their music while the bride and groom were giving speeches. Maybe the venue should improve on soundproofing the walls better.
But overall, the venue is great! The quality of food and decor was amazing .
