★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Olympic pool that is open from 06:00 AM , cost is high CAD8 and you need your own lock to close the locker. Showers were good. The swimming lanes were 25 meters but not in the length. Was afraid it would be an issue but enough other lines on floor as a focus point.
Water bit warm 28 degrees I think
But not busy and relax atmosphere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facility- top notch! My kids loved swimming there, especially jumping off the diving boards. Don't worry, the 3 M springboard is the highest open to the public. They won't let your kid try the 10 M platform. Still lots of fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is 4 pools. Two of 50m. One for diving. One small pool for the young kids. There are yoga classes, aerobic and spinning class. For TRX classes, you have to pay an extra on top of your subscription. For the weight room, you have a variety of machines for the legs, arms, abdo and free weights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often go there to swim. The pool is cold at first but very soothing once you get going. There are two receptionists for the Centre. The older one is warm and welcoming while the younger one isn't very friendly.
