★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eventhough I failed my first test, the assessor was so nice and kind. She explains my weakest point. I hope she'll be the assessor when I take my second road test. Still learning and I'm not giving up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They could atleast smile at you to have a good service, yes it’s quite a bad one but not everyone are like that. Luckily I passed my driving test but I just wish they could stop judging your appearance by your age. I even heard they do not let you pass so you pay all over again (test, car rent etc. which it almost a whole pay check for two weeks for minimum wage). Also the security guard is very helpful and respectful. I’m giving two stars because it really needs to be organized, probably more happiness also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one of the happiest days of my life yesterday at this SAAQ (Laval). Passed my road test!! My examiner (Paulo) was the kindest, calmest and made me feel comfortable as soon as he introduced himself. I was nervous and he was so nice. During the test, his instructions were clear and concise. Thank you for giving me a very happy experience! All the staff here are nice and I did not have to wait long at all to do my practical exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Arab looking french old man as the examiner for the road test, is very very wicked and highly misogynistic. Good luck if he is your examiner. You will know him as soon as you see him. If I can give 0 stars I will. He was very rude all through out the examination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renewal, with appointment, went smoothly. Service person was polite, patient and bilingual without prejudice. The gentleman taking the official pics was also providing the same level of service.
In and out in less than 15 mins. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a road test. The parking lot (that also doubles as a starting point for road tests) was fully covered in snow; but aside from that; I had a very pleasant experience here. The registration process was straightforward. I brought my own car, but if you don't, you can easily rent one at the spot from one of those driving schools.
The examiner was nice and understanding.
