★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there, and I got terrible results. I did road exam but person decided unfairly and failed me without any reason. When I asked why ? They told person can fail by 1 mistake or pass 7 mistakes. So I am sure some problem come with me that I talk English. Just 1 person that office work there can talk English.
I am sure that person got road test decition by her idea no by law driving.
Therefore I tell when you go there don’t talk English because you will be fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came on a Wednesday afternoon for my practice test. I found this location well organized. The security guard and reps were polite and professional. The wait time was reasonable and my evaluator was professional, polite and patient, the opposite of the horrible experience I had with an agressive evaluator in Laval. I have had a lot of difficulty with driving. I did fail this test but I so appreciated that my evaluator remained calm and respectful. He explained to me in detail where I needed to improve and gave me tips on how to practice better. I would definitely recommend this location over Laval!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't even been to their office yet but the online service is TERRIBLE, they ask you to provide informations you dont yet have such as the number on my driver's license which i may end up having provided that I can make a *&?%$#@ appointment online ... Thanks for wasting my time SAAQ .. Just what to expect with ANY and ALL government agency I would give no star at all but 1 is the minimum so 1/5 STARS
