★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confirm they are open for drivers test before leaving on a two hour drive in -40 weather only to arrive to locked doors and a automated text 5 minutes later that says your exam is now scheduled a week later with no explanation or call. Waste time, fuel, miss work and kid misses a day of school with finals exams approaching. Not the way to do business, curtesy call would have been in order is this situation just to explain what happened.
